Winter Family Vacation

We enjoyed our time here. The location was great with a close walking distance to the beach. Communication with the owner was wonderful! We would recommend this place to others who visit Anna Maria Island.

Great location

The property was very clean and a great location with the beach directly across the street and a little up the road from there! Christy was very quick in any responses when I had to contact her and the spa/pool was wonderful!

Family Vacation

The place was new and clean with cute decor. We loved the pool and hot tub. The location was perfect and close to the beach. We felt there was great communication with the property owners / managers. :)

Perfect location.

The property was just as advertised. The pool was top notch. A five block walk to the beach. The property was in the middle of the island and convenient to everything. The host was very communicative. Answered all questions quickly.

This property is a great location being in the middle of the island. Walking distance to beach, shops, and restaurants. Very clean and modern look. The host was great with quick responses and even gave recommendations for nearby hospitals. We will definitely be back. Loved it! ❤️

Great plce

Super nice place with great proximity to all the things we wanted to do. Amenities are well appointed, furnishings extremely nice and overall a great place. We will definitely be staying here again. The only slight drawback was, right after a heavy rain, (which happened 3 times during our stay) there was a strong sulphur / rotten egg smell- we imagine it had something to do with the sewer line somewhere . But, this did not deter us from doing anything !

My family loves coming to Anna Maria every fall break (from the Midwest). I do tons of research before choosing a home, and this place was just perfect. We stayed in unit D, which directly overlooks the pool. It’s exactly like the pics: gorgeous, high-end, comfortable, plenty spacious (there’s 4 of us), and CLEAN! So clean! Fabulous shower. And the pool! It’s modern and beautiful. We were at the pool every afternoon (after the beach), and there was only one time where guests from another unit were there. Very tropical and quiet. Parking-easy, keyless entry-easy, walk (or drive) to the beach and restaurants-easy. Oh, and the beach supplies (chairs, cart, sand toys) were the nicest of any places we’ve stayed. There was even an EV charger for our rental. Thanks and highly recommend!

Great Property in an Excellent location

The property is very nice and perfect for a family stay. It's an easy walk to the beach and right on a shuttle stop. Super close to teh grocery store and several restaurants. You can navigate the island with ease from this location. The beaches at Anna Maria are incredible. This property provides the beach essentials, chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, wagon, and towels. The only suggestion I'd make is for the property owner to provide some bikes or some additional beach toys/activites. Body boards, skerf boards, etcs... We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this property and Anna Maria Island!

One bad thing

The duplex was very clean with everything we needed. Outside sitting at the patio there was a strong sewage smell. Some potted plants and decorations on the pillars would make a nice touch.

Great place to stay on Anna Maria

The property was very clean and well furnished. Easy walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. There is plenty of room to park and a nice outdoor space. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions and we had no issues at all. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again.

Holmes Beach Stay

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The appt is newly updated and very comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and got back to us quickly when we had a question. Beach chairs, umbrella and wagon provided for short walk to beautiful Holmes Beach.
