This is a custom 4 Bedroom, 3 Full Bathroom home with tiled floors, fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Unobstructed views of the gulf from almost every room in the house and just steps from the pet-friendly, white sand beaches and crystal clear waters of Ft Morgan.
Beautifully decorated bedrooms with gorgeous views. Two covered porches face the Gulf and the uncovered deck on the back provides views of the protected wetlands. We provide linens, towels, beach towels and everything you need for the beach, so you don't have to bring it with you! Very comfortable and relaxing, you will want to make this your vacation place every year! See guest reviews and see what everyone has to say.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Leave used beds unmade. - Place used towels on bathroom floors. - Wash/Dry Guest Beach Towels & colored wash cloths, if used. - Take full trash roll-off cans to street on designated day.
- Clean grill &grill tools, if used. - Adjust thermostats to 76 (Spring/Summer) or 68 (Fall/Winter) - Rinse sand off beach items and return to garage. - Be sure garage is locked securely.
- Turn off all electronics, appliances and lights. - Leave ceiling fans ON. - Lock front door by selecting the “Lock” button on the keypad. - Text Fran 678-687-7050 once you have departed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest acknowledges there is a $50 fee if grill is not cleaned and ready for next guest prior to departure.
Guest acknowledges there is a $50 fee if Beach towels are not washed and returned to hooks and basket where found prior to departure.
Guest acknowledges there is a $100 fee if Beach items are not cleaned and returned to beach storage area in an orderly fashion prior to departure.

Great family time at Ft Morgan

We had a wonderful time in Ft Morgan beauitful and peaceful and you are a few miles away to be able to do whatever you want in town eat, shop and walk. The house was everything we needed beds were comfortable had enough room in kitchen to cook. The beach was great and we saw the sunset on the beach it was a great week.

Nice home and great view.

All in a great stay. Sadly it appeared previous renters hadn't respected the property or the renters after them (us), but owners were prompt in responding to issues. A nice home with a great view, and we loved being able to bring our dog on vacation with us!

As advertised -- everything we needed and nice location.

In the past, we have occasionally been disappointed with the accuracy of descriptions. This trip was the exception. The property was "as advertised" - clean, beautifully decorated, and close to the beach. It had everything we needed to relax, and the hosts provided all the information we needed in advance. The chairs and beach gear were a plus. It was nice not having to pack everything to bring with us.

We had an amazing time staying at Sadee’s place! I loved how they had everything we needed pretty much there already. The view of the ocean was spectacular. It was a short walk to the ocean. Loved that we had our dogs there and they were welcome. My boxer boy tyson is paralyzed in his back legs so the elevator was amazing with his wheel chair! And he finally got to see the ocean for the first time. 💕. Just an amazing week with my family. Thank you for opening your home to allow us this much needed vacation.

Fun in the sun at Sadie's

Our family had a great week-long stay at Sadie's Place from May 24-31, 2014. Sadie's location has to be one of the best properties set back from the beach in Fort Morgan. There is a wide expanse of open lots which allows for an unobstructed view of the gulf from the nice decks on the front of the house. The house was exactly as described and as depicted. The four bedrooms and three baths made our stay very comfortable for our entire party which consisted of multiple generations and varying ages from 21-92. The house was clean, well maintained and well-stocked. We would love to stay at Sadie's Place again--sooner rather than later.

Fabulous home in a great spot!

Spacious home with a fabulous view of the gulf. We had perfect weather, but the upside is that if you did not, you always have the view! Best stocked beach gear in any stay that I have had. The only “wish” would be enclosed outdoor shower, but seriously great place and Fran was always available for our questions.

Easy experience. The property was a little walk but you are able to cut through the vacant area in front making it incredibly easy and the view was fantastic thanks to that lot. Kitchen was stocked great, plenty of space, comfy furniture. Wifi is a definitely on the slow side, but it’s a beach house and you should want to relax and not expect amazing speeds, just wanted to share for those thinking for WFB :) (work from beach). Thanks for the great stay!

Perfect for a family vacation! The house was wonderful with plenty of room. The 3 baths and two large balconies were a big plus! Beautifully decorated, nice furniture and large tv in all rooms. You could view the ocean from the balcony. The neighborhood was quite and peaceful, and everyone around us were very friendly. We walked dog every night and felt comfortable doing so. Short easy walk to the beach. Easy check in and out. Everything was perfect to me, and I would love to come back.

Great house and Great location!

We really enjoyed another vacation on the Fort Morgan beach! This is a great house for a family and a quick walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the porches where you can wake up and enjoy the beach view and ocean breeze while drinking that first cup of coffee!
