Our cottage was renovated in 2021 and professionally designed. Relaxing, private and in the perfect location. Comes with 1 complimentary off-street parking space. Extra spaces available for rent for a second car.

Great location, bathroom very small, living room rug should be changed out very dolled and stained ,

Pricey & Not Great

We had only one night in Newport and thought staying in a VRBO would be more comfortable than a hotel room because we were two adults and two teenagers. This place was fine, but pretty expensive for what it was. It was the least lovely on the block super tiny and not well appointed. The pillows were paper thin and only one for each guest, no extra blankets or linens. The air conditioners were pretty old & stinky. There were many ant traps around. The couch was stained. And the bathroom was so tiny, our knees touched the sink when on the toilet. Parking was included and very convenient! Overall, too pricey for what it is.
