This 4-bedroom 2 bath Key West style Pool home sleeps 9 comfortably and is situated in the exclusive Harbor Hills Community in NW Bradenton. Bring your boat with parking large enough for a 25ft trailer and boat on the left side of the house as well as the dock located just around the corner on the Bayou. The property is situated a short drive from Warners boat ramp which leads you out to the Manatee River. Located in a prime location in Bradenton you are also a short drive from local groceries, restaurants, and the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island!

When arriving at the property you instantly notice the matured landscaping and well-appointed property. The driveway is large and has plenty of space for 2 vehicles as well as a boat/trailer. The inside of the property has tile throughout and has been furnished with comfortable options helping you fully relax during your stay! The modern kitchen has plenty of counter space for more than one chef and everything you will need to prepare gourmet meals. The all-new stainless-steel appliances make cooking a breeze. Dining in--- the dining room table has seating for 6 with additional seating around the bar area. The living room offers a large flat screen smart tv and a sectional sofa to watch your favorite shows or movies!

Off the back of the house, you have a screened-in lanai that offers additional seating to relax and enjoy a meal or your morning cup of coffee. This area does have a smart tv as well. The backyard is a tropical oasis with a large pool (The pool does not have a spa feature) encompassed by an even larger backyard! (The pool can be heated for an additional charge, inquire for more info) You also have an additional shower in the back as well to rinse off after a long day at the beach or on the boat.

Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? The house has 3 bedrooms located on the right side of the house and 1 on the left side of the house. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, smart tv, ensuite bathroom and a private exit to the backyard. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed, smart Tv and bedroom 3 offers a twin bunk bed as well as a single twin and is located on the right side of the house. The additional Queen bed with a smart Tv and is on the left side of the house this room also has a door that leads to the lanai.

Are you looking to explore the area and enjoy the outdoors? Take a short drive to the De Soto National Memorial Park to watch the sunset. Desoto Memorial Park offers nature trails along the bay offering stunning views of the famous Skyway Bridge. Robinson's Preserve which offers nature walking trails, a playground for the kids, and much more are located about 2 miles from the house as well. Looking to head to the beach? This home is located less than 3 miles from the Palma Sola Causeway and 6 miles from Anna Maria Island. Conveniently located close to Publix, Starbucks, as well as a few local favorites like Joey Ds or Habeneros Mexican grill.

*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.
