Welcome to The Sandy Seahorse! We hope that your stay with us will be something special!

Wake up to beach views from the master and enjoy the sunrise from your bed or step out onto your private deck area.

The space
Large open concept living, featuring high ceiling and a wall of windows facing the Gulf.

Chef’s kitchen fully equipped with all cooking and baking essentials.
We have a frozen drink maker, drip or pod coffee and coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, and crock pot among other things.

Four bedrooms total, 1 King Sized bed, 2 Queen beds, and 4 Twins in the bunkbed room. No overcrowding here!

Towels, Linens, and Beach Towels included.

Large patio under the house for games and cookouts.

Guest access
The Sandy Seahorse allows for at least 6 cars to park below the raised home. Watch out for the pillars!

There is no street parking, as we are right at the end of Lazy Lane West, and the rest is beach access.

Parking and driving on the beach is allowed, at your own risk.
Other things to note
The home is on a delicate sewer system, please ensure all food waste and paper products (save toilet paper) are thrown in the garbage, and not flushed, or washed down the sinks.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!

Beautiful beach house! Wall of windows overlooking oversized patio overlooking beach activity 24/7. Check the FERRY schedule - we had to wait in the line for 3+ hours one afternoon going over to Galveston! Very attentive owner - such a "+"!!!!

A good time every time

The location of the property is so convenient and gives us the ability to spend the day on the beach and be entertained at nighttime. The property is clean and has everything needed to enjoy the stay.

Beautiful Beach House

Everything about the property was perfect. It is right on the beach. The outside shower def came in handy! The hammocks and over sized chairs on the huge balcony was where we spent our time if we weren’t at the beach. We played with the pretty corn hole set on the balcony. The balcony always kept the best breeze. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and had plenty of room for all our grocery's. The smart TVs came in handy at bed time. The beach had some sea weed but it wasn’t bad and the sand was so soft. The views were amazing but there is an abandoned oil rig 3 miles into the ocean in front of the house and at night you could see the line of ships going into Galveston. Those weren’t my fav but the boys in the family enjoyed it. Some fireworks are shot off at night which I didn’t mind too much but it did wake up the baby a time or 2. We rented a golf cart and road up and down the beach 1 night which was one of the best parts of the vacation. There was a steady stream of vehicles/atvs but it slowed down quite a bit by 9/10. We all absolutely loved this property!
