Cozy, inviting cottage a few miles to beach, town boat launch, ( ask about our parking spot 5 min walk to Glendale and free launch ) Gunstock mountain with year round activities, restaurants, hiking trails, Ellacoya State park. Great cental location 2 hours from Boston, 40 minutes to Loon Mountain, outlets stores in Tilton, hiking, biking and concerts at NH Bank pavillion 3 miles away! Enjoy the front yard with lovely view of Lake Winnipesaukee, water access to launch a sup or kayak. Enjoy the back deck with brand new webber grill and fire pit. If you need a larger place or alternative dates ask about our 4 bedroom in Gilford.

Beautiful updated cottage

The cottage has been beautifully updated. Love the neighborhood with a view of the lake. Every convenience has been thought out by the owner. Our favorite was the beach pass to the town beach which is gorgeous! Easy and fast communication with the owner. We loved it.

Less then 2 hours from Boston, perfect location for a chill week-end or action packed week. 10 mins to mountain biking, hiking ( Mount Major, Lockes Hill trail head) Ellacoya State park, Private Gilford town beach ( sticker provided) public boat launch (5 min), Gunstock mountain is a 4 season ski, hike, mountain bike, ropes course, tubing destination. Great antique shops, winery, outlet shopping, restaurants. 15 minutes to Weirs Beach and 20 to Meredith and Church Landing.

What makes this property unique

Lot's to do or quiete solitude! Spectacular views and sunsets no matter the season its always beautiful at lake Winni! We are centrally located, 10 -15 minutes to beaches, hiking, ski mountains, biking, paddleing, boating, restaurants, arcade, movie theater, farm stands, concerts at NH pavilion. SO much to do SO little time!
