Good location

The location is great for activities downtown. The house is great. However, parking on the street is the only draw back maybe because I am not used to parking on the street. However, the street is not congested.

Good spot and location. Property Manager is an Absent Host for the Most Part

We booked this spot in late March 2022. The check in process was straightforward and simple. My only problem is that the door locks were automated, and didn’t have a physical key. Paired with that, the property management is nowhere to be found, and does not return any correspondence if there is an incident(which we had for the whole day). To elaborate, when we went back inside the property one day, the battery of the pin pad for the automatic door died. This meant that we were locked out and couldn’t get into the property for damn near HALF OF ONE OF OUR DAYS. I got in the phone, and tried to get ahold of the property management but stood on hold for an hour just for no one to answer. We were there for a music festival that day, so we really had to get going(we left out under dressed since we planned on getting groceries and then going back up to change). Our groceries spoiled, and 7 hours later: still no correspondence from the property manager. (Long story short; the property manager hasn’t reached out TO THIS DAY to see if we were good). We pretty much popped off the keypad and swapped the battery with a nearby property under the same management. Had we not took matters into our own hands, we would have been locked out for a long time.
