This newly renovated family friendly home has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bath, located between SeaTac (~9 mins) and Westfield Southcenter (~4 mins).
Our quiet and relaxing home is ideal for single person, couple, family, business traveler to unwind after a long busy day of work or adventure around town. In our living room, we offer various game options and a 70" Smart TV for games or movie nights. Our kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare a delicious home cook meal. If you are not feeling like a home cook meal, our home is 4 minutes away from the greatest variety of restaurants in the Westfield Southcenter mall. We have fast high speed internet to accommodate any work, school, or online browsing. Our home has center heating and air conditioning. We have a spacious large backyard with a hot tub.

Friendly host and great location

The host was very accommodating of our requests and the location was close to the airport which made it very easy for us to pick up friends who flew in for the weekend. The house had plenty of space and the hot tub was a plus!

Great home, love the sky lights, clean, lots of extra towels, exactly how it looks like on VRBO. Had an amazing time with my siblings. We didn't get to use the hot tub. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! Fa'afetai tele lava!

Nice home

The home was very accommodating. Beds were comfortable and the entire house was clean. The front yard could use some work. There was dried and grown out grass. I didn’t see a grill in the back yard, that would be a nice addition. Overall we truly enjoyed the stay. We wanted to stay longer. We might use this same home for a future trip.

The place was nice and clean enjoyed our stay .

Everything was good except the hot tub may need the thermostat looked at it is way to hot and couldn’t get the temp to go down kept at 108 was way to hot. Other then that we liked the place .

For our first time traveling for the holiday this was one of the best. We came for the football game. The house was perfect . We found everything close and convenient. My family was very pleased.

Amazing rental!

Such a great find! Slept 6 adults comfortably with room for space if needed during the day. The hot tub was an amazing addition as well. Everything you could possibly need for a weekend get away for either friends and family. Sure close to grocery stores and located near shopping malls and a quick drive to down town Seattle.

Seattle adventure

We came to Seattle for a family vacation. The location of the house was perfect for visiting the city, or heading to the coast. The house was so clean, comfortable, and cozy. There were plenty of towels available for our family of 6, plenty of extra blankets for those chilly PNW nights, and plenty of dishes available for cooking at the house. We absolutely loved the hot tub; it was a nice added bonus!! The host was receptive to any questions we had and offered up local ideas for us. We had such a great time at this property.

Very nice, modern, comfortable home

My wife and 3 friends stayed for two nights. We found the place even nicer than the pictures. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The fenced in back yard is great with a covered hot tub. It is in the middle of a residential neighborhood so there is not much in the immediate vicinity but it’s a short drive to the city and everything else you need. I highly recommend.

Location, location, location!

This property was far nicer than the VRBO photos led us to imagine. And the location! Less than 10 minutes from SeaTac Airport and all the entertainment/food you could imagine. Even had an X-Box 360 with games available in the home. The host was easily reachable and communicated with us regularly. Even the checkout here was far easier and the host requested way less from us when compared to other VRBO properties we’ve stayed at. The only issue was we found a few ants in the back part of the house but the host assured us the property would be treated for ants when we checked out. We’d definitely book here again as long as the ants were taken care of first.
