Lazy Hummingbird is a multi-unit ocean view property in Summerland with three separate living quarters, featuring panoramic and expansive views of the Channel Islands, incredible sunsets, and the glimmering Pacific Ocean. The Lazy Hummingbird property is composed of three units with private entrances and living spaces. Renting the property as a whole is a unique opportunity for families or groups traveling together to maintain separate accommodations all on the same property. There are deck spaces and room to share each other's space if desired, as well as a large communal yard with breathtaking ocean views! for those spectacular golden hour skies. All decks have modern, luxury lounge furniture and accessories as well as electric grills.

All newly remodeled, the European style kitchens and all bathrooms have tile floors and contemporary tiled tub/shower enclosures. There are two one-bedroom/ one-bathroom units named Sun & Sand, and a two-bedroom/one-bath unit named Surf. Every unit has ocean-facing views and modern appliances and conveniences. There is fast and reliable wifi and smart streaming televisions with basic local channels and a basic television package. There is parking above and below the units.

Sky Bungalow
Come relax in this clean, modern space that is sure to delight you! Recently remodeled with refreshing touches and all the comforts of home, the Sky Bungalow is a prime retreat for some R&R near the ocean. This 640 sq. foot apartment offers a bright and breezy design, air conditioning*, and premium custom furnishings. The bedroom is complete with a king-sized bed, desk, and plenty of closet space. The kitchen is a fully equipped European-style kitchen with all necessary quality gadgets for preparing gourmet meals.
After you're done enjoying your meal or taking a peaceful siesta, you can relax in the freestanding soaking tub that overlooks the ocean & palm trees. Soaking not your thing? Don't worry, there's a rain-head shower as well. The breathtaking views can be enjoyed outside too, on the 2 private balconies that accompany Sky Bungalow.

Sand Bungalow
This one-bedroom condo is a modern coastal dream. This downstairs unit features recently remodeled contemporary elements, such as a bright color scheme, fresh flooring, and new appliances. You can expect a comfortable queen-sized mattress in the bedroom and plenty of drawer and closet space. A custom headboard with USB chargers and accordion-style reading lights on each side add to the accessibility and comfort of this room. With the rain-head shower in the new bathroom, you'll be able to wash off the sand from your beaching with style and ease!

The kitchen is equipped with all new appliances and plenty of utensils, dishes, and tools- everything you'll need to cook a gourmet meal at home! Enjoy your meal at the modern dining nook, then relax on the custom couch in the living room while streaming all of your favorite shows.

Relish the beauty outside, too! Guests of the Sand Bungalow are invited to use their private ocean view deck. Relax next to your special someone on the lush outdoor chairs as you admire the view and sip on some wine on the deck, or enjoy the communal garden space below shared with the other two units of The Lazy Hummingbird.

Surf Bungalow
This expansive 725sq. unit is located on the lower level and is the largest of the three units, featuring 2 bedrooms that receive incredible natural light and amazing ocean and island views. The master suite offers a comfortable king-sized bed and television for maximum relaxation. The second bedroom has two twin beds, perfect for a family getaway. Soak in the tub or shower off the sand in the modern, updated bathroom.

The new European-style kitchen is equipped with all new appliances and plenty of utensils, dishes, and tools- everything you'll need to cook a gourmet meal at home! Enjoy your meal on the large ocean-facing deck with easy access to the grass lawn in the front yard, perfect for soaking up the sun while enjoying the ocean breeze.
