Situation magnifique

Vue exceptionnelle sur l'océan depuis le salon. Apt spacieux même à 4. Le parking est un plus . Petit bémol sur les lumières dans l'appartement qui sont quasi inexistantes dans la chambre et lumière tamisée dans le salon pour dîner ! Pas de sèche serviette dans la salle de bain.

Des défauts mais une superbe vue

Spacieux, vue sur mer, direct dans le centre, parking. Baies vitrées très difficile à ouvrir, qq défauts techniques au niveau du volet et de l'évier, la porte du fond ne ferme pas à clé et il n'y a pas de quoi faire le ménage.
