Our kitchen comes fully equipped with all the essentials for your cooking needs. Our location is walking distance from downtown and close to countless wineries. Enjoy the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, offering over 100 wineries, breweries, distilleries and countless other attractions. You'll find Monaco's cafe down the block for a fresh coffee and breakfast to start off the day; the famous Wegmans Food Market is a one minute drive down the road. As an added security measure we have a Ring camera installed at our front entrance, this is an exterior camera only.

Great place for weekend in Geneva

Our group went up to Geneva for a wine tour over the weekend and this place suited our needs well. There was plenty of space and seating for our large group.

Good location to visit the finger lakes and the winery. This house has plenty of bedroom for a big group. The owner was quick to respond to our question. Suggestions: Adding AC to the living rooms during summer times would be helpful.

Good House

Overall, we enjoyed our stay for the weekend! There was plenty of space for all of us. The only comment would be that I wish the air conditioners had been turned on before we arrived. It was a very hot day and the house was 80 degrees when we got there! It took all night and us leaving for the majority of the next day to cool the house down to 73 degrees.

Great spot for group getaway

I stayed at this property for a group weekend trip and it was a wonderful, spacious house with plenty of areas to gather yet enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own space. The house is conveniently located and had an easy check in process. Host was easy to contact and kept us in the loop about any changes or updated features of the property!

This historical home was built in 1890 and has served many previous owners prior to myself. I have taken much pride in continuing the restoration and integrity of this beautiful and spacious home to maintain its pristine condition for my guests to enjoy. I look forward to the many people I will have the pleasure of serving, and will continue to provide the best experience possible at this location!

Whether you are a wine connoisseur, avid historian or simply seeking out some time by the water, Geneva NY has it all! This property is walking distance from many of Geneva's downtown attractions, and driving distance to anything else around the lake!
