Amazing unobstructed views of Canyon Lodge & the mountains! Watch the gondola go by and check out live mountain conditions at Canyon which is walking distance (10 min). Our family owned 2 Bed and Bath has a bath suite for each room giving a ton of privacy. 1st Floor for easy access. Dedicated parking space, Ski locker, Ski back/Mountain biking trail, walk to Canyon and take Gondola to Village. Pool, Hot tub, Basketball /Volleyball/Tennis courts.
This is our family owned condo that we just adore and know you will too!

-Two bedroom suites with their own bathrooms!
-Rooms and bathrooms are located on either side of living space giving a ton of privacy
-A KING BED in bedroom 1 and a Queen bed PLUS Twin Bunks in Bedroom 2
-All New Mattresses...King bed is an organic Avocado mattress.
-Humidifiers in each bedroom.
-Tons of games and puzzles!
-Stylish furniture (Cabin Chic with a touch of midcentury mod).
-High quality Cotton linens and towels.
-New dishware and cookware.

-Views are just spectacular!
-South Facing for Sunshine all day
-Deck to relax on with coffee to see sunrise over the mountain.
-POOL adjacent to our condo!
-Tennis Courts, basketball, Volleyball facilities on site!
-Hot tub and sauna in community rec room with pool table and chill area.
-Dedicated Parking space in garage plus room for an additional car in outdoor parking.
-Access ski back trail/mountain biking trail from the back door of condo!
-Walk to canyon lodge for skiing, hiking biking, or ride the gondola to the village
-Bus shuttle to town or 1 stop to canyon at bottom of street.

The Whole condo is yours, with only one other condo on this floor. 1 flight up an easy wide stairwell, with the best views of all the condos at Mammoth Ski and Racquet. South facing deck to enjoy your coffee for sunrise or a cocktail in the evening
Outdoor pool is adjacent to our building! As is the indoor hot tub and sauna. Tennis courts/Basketball courts/Volley ball with a view at the top of the road, and a grilling station out front to enjoy the view.
*Since Renovations we are currently not welcoming dogs!

Beautiful condo! We loved the layout. Lighting was the best we’ve had in a Mammoth condo. Kitchen was well appointed and the dining space was great for our family with 2 kids age 9 and 10. We traveled during a major snow storm and struggled to climb the road to the condo without AWD, even with chains—just a warning for fellow travelers. The host was very kind and responsive. The attached garage was a huge perk. Highly recommend this great condo!

Beautiful View

Loved the view and quiet location. The pool was very refreshing and our dog had a great time too. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location, well stocked, dog-friendly, amazing view

One of the best condos we've stayed in at Mammoth (and we've been many times). Nicely decorated and open space, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, and gorgeous views of the mountains. Super quiet too, which was a definite bonus for us (and only one floor so not trudging up and down stairs). The hosts were very responsive and easy to reach. Nice spots for our dog to sniff around outside in the trees. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay

Great location, clean and comfortable. Loved the big dining table, garage parking and once we figured out heat we were all good. Didn’t need to have any interaction with the owner as we had no issues but he was responsive prior to check in. I would recommend this unit. Enjoy!

Wonderful condo with a view!

Really comfortable two bedroom condo with nice separation between the bedrooms. Amazing views from the deck. All the essentials in the kitchen. Nice complex - right next to the pool and office. Underground parking that is very convenient. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

The view from the property is great. There is easy access to the bus system. It was nice to have the bedrooms on the opposite ends of the unit. The unit was quiet.

Ski in ski out

Nice place with easy access to the ski back trail. I appreciated the two bedrooms were on opposite sides of the condo and each had their own bathroom. Stayed here with my wife, my dog and brother n law. The sunrises looking out the living room every morning were amazing! Condo owner was easy to talk to and responded to questions very quickly.

Quick ski trip

Nice and comfy. Great space. Kitchen had everything we needed. Unfortunately, the shower and bathroom had long hair everywhere (that wasn’t mine) and it grossed my husband out. Also, spider webs and dust.

Hi Trina! I am so sorry for your experience with the bathroom! That is horrible and I would feel like your husband! I spoke to our cleaning crew and they assure me they will be more thorough. Typically i do a walk through before guests arrive but was unable to with the tight turnaround so in the future we are adding another day of buffer between bookings. I apologize and thank you for your patience!

Wonderful Stay

Our family had the most idyllic week here. The condo is perfect--location, floor-plan, amenities, cleanliness. Be had provided everything that we could need, and more, to have a very pleasant stay. We've stayed at many rentals and this was one of the best as far as provisions--fans in every room (it does get warm in the summer), sizable bath towels as well as pool towels, readily available shampoo/lotion, even a hamper and a fresh (sealed) dish washing sponge. All of these little touches were noticed and greatly appreciated. We loved the plentiful natural light in this condo, and the view was savored at every possible moment. To have a sizable balcony area with comfortable outdoor furniture was a huge plus. Thank you, Be, for providing such an amazing temporary home for us in beautiful Mammoth.
