Relax in this comfortable duplex just a short walk to downtown and a local gym. Centrally located in the Finger Lakes, you're close to wine trails, state parks, and all the small-town charm Seneca Falls has to offer.


The Space

The duplex is fully equipped for short or extended stays. The kitchen and FIRST-FLOOR bathroom have the essentials you need. For entertainment, there are two Roku TVs—one in the living room and one in the master bedroom.

Please note: This duplex does NOT have cable, a washer/dryer, or a dishwasher.
A laundromat, Riverview in Liberty Plaza, is just 1.5 miles away.

Guest Access

PARKING & SHARED SPACE:
Guests can park in a designated section of the driveway, as it is SHARED with the other rental.
Feel free to hang out in the front and backyard, too, and use the fire pit—available on a first-come, first-served basis.

ONCE INSIDE:
You’ll have access to the kitchen, living room, dining room, FIRST-FLOOR bathroom, and three bedrooms upstairs.

Please note: The property is prepared for the number of guests listed on the reservation, including made-up beds, towels, and other essentials. Guests do not have access to the garage, basement, attic, or any locked storage or mechanical rooms.

Very clean accommodations! The rooms were a nice size, and the kitchen was ready with everything for cooking! Especially appreciated was how well thought out the bathroom was stocked and set up! The location allowed us to walk to the museums and sights. We were very comfortable.

My hubby and I take multiple trips on our BMW motorcycle and we headed to the Finger Lakes in NY. We choose Seneca Fall and located this great find. The rental is super exceptional. It had everything we needed and more. The home is very clean and all newly remodeled. The owner was prompt in all responses and just delightful! Thank you for the great stay! 😁👍

Great value in Seneca.

We spent 2 days in this cozy 3 bedroom apartment. The communication with the owners was excellent and the apartment is just as described. It is an older building and the steps are a bit steep. This was not a problem for us at all.The bedrooms are upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs, so keep this in mind if there are mobility issues. It was a great value and a comfortable apartment-I would stay there again.
