All new! Two private QUEEN bedrooms- each with it's own full bath. Enjoy the full kitchen, stocked with everything you need including a brand new gorgeous sink. Living room and deck offer breathtaking views over farm fields and forests. See all the way beyond the East side of Cayuga Lake. Sunrise and sunset are amazing. (Did I mention stargazing yet?) Laundry facilities add convenience to your stay and neighboring Amish farms portray farm animals, horses-drawn carts and equipment. The house occupies it's own two acres of land, surrounded by beauty. Enjoy dinner on the deck and relax by the firepit. There's also plenty of room in the circular driveway for easy in and out if you're hauling a boat or trailer. Only a few short miles to Seneca and Cayuga lakes. The nearest winery is only a couple miles away! Bring your bicycles and enjoy the lightly-traveled country roads. Need to charge your boat? We have an exterior plug!

I am beyond grateful to have been raised in this town, growing up surrounded by lakes, waterfalls, gorges, farms and incredible beauty. It is such a pleasure to be able to share this incredible place with travelers seeking to explore the Finger Lakes. An artist friend of mine once shared that the light between the lakes is "different" and I agree. You can see colors that perhaps you've never experienced before!

Two Bedrooms with queen size beds are located at each either end of the house, each with it's own full bath, offering enhanced privacy. Windows are many, and even on a rainy day, you can enjoy the view from the living room area. You have acres of land to wander around, and you can traverse the Nature Walk around the property. Have your coffee as the sun rises and dine any time on the shaded deck .
