-*Pool and Spa heat are an additional $200/night for the duration of your stay. Must be heated the entire stay. The schedule for pool heat is from 8am-4pm AZ time, then automatically swaps to Spa heat from 4pm-8pm AZ time. The schedule is non-negotiable. We request at least a 3-day notice to heat the pool prior to arrival. **Pool & spa heat are only offered October through May**

HOUSE RULES:
THIS PROPERTY IS UNDER VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
• I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
• No smoking
• The home will be ready for Check-in between 4-6pm AZ time
• Dogs welcome upon approval with fee applied
• The renting party must be 25 or older and staying in the home throughout the duration of the reservation.

Other Information:
• $75 pet fee/dog. We ask that all doggy doo be cleaned up and disposed of properly before departure. To be paid separately after booking.
• ***If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without PaseoHomes approval you may be subject to a fine.
• No Cats
• You will have the whole home to yourselves when booking with PaseoHomes.
• A dedicated, personal door code will be provided to you 24-48 hours prior to your check in time via email.
• We utilize a decibel monitoring system in each home and in the backyard space. These devices do NOT record or video - they simply alert us to decibels peaking over a threshold we've set to remain good neighbors
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit & rental agreement.
• Transaction and damage waiver fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
• We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
• Early check in/late check out may be available upon request for an additional charge. Approval required.

A SIGNED RENTAL CONTRACT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RENTALS AND MUST BE SIGNED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house and layout were perfect for multiple guests. We enjoyed the proximity to golf courses too. Only issue was the hot tub and pool took a while to heat, almost to the point it was unusable. Jayne was super responsive and helpful with the issue though. Thanks for a great stay!

Family had a blast staying at your property. We couldn’t be more happier being accommodated for a last minute extended stay and a late checkout time . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was well maintained and well kept. Our only concern was the heated pool and spa. It was a little tricky to warm and we found it needed ample time to heat. We had a girls weekend here. Overall it was a great home and we would recommend it - Very spacious in the gathering areas, great amount of starter things to cook, fun outdoor activities, house was clean and comfortable. The extra costs for heating the pool and hot tub was a bit disappointing - especially that it was only for a time block - that should be built into the fees of the house. Some bathrooms had drainage issues in sinks and showers. Wish there was more privacy from neighbors in the pool.The property managers were very responsible and helpful. Overall would recommend this home!

Wonderful home that we enjoyed for two weeks with our extended family. Very spacious home with comfy beds and pillows and beautiful pool area. Plenty of room for all 8 of us to relax and enjoy time together. Pictures and descriptions reflected accurately what we found in the home. Jayne took care of all or requests promptly and thoroughly to make sure our stay was very carefree. We loved the rural scenery and quiet location of the home. Would definitely stay again.

Good overall property. In good shape with all amenities. We enjoyed ourselves. Hot tub performance and clock limit for 75 was a major disappointment to the group. Communication was not returned at least twice regarding hot tub and bring in the groceries.

Beautiful location in Arizona

We were very pleased with the entire experience at this home. The listing was complete and accurate, the home was extremely clean, and we were even surprised at the amount of daily items provided (the coffee container easily had enough fresh coffee for the 2 of us to last more than a week). By Phoenix area standards the home was close to everything we needed (restaurants as close as 15 minutes and groceries were a similar distance). We absolutely loved how quiet it was. Finally, Jayne handled everything in a responsive and professional manner. We had a couple of requests and she was on top of them immediately. This home will be on our list of places to revisit.

Ok property for a short stay. Poor towels. Calcium line around pool tiles, hasn't been cleaned in years. We had to hose clean backyard concrete, dishes were mismatched sets. Forks all bent. Dishwasher did awlful job. Teflon on bottom on pans peeling.

Nice property, location, and service

We had a group of 10, including 4 young children. The place was clean and spacious. The area afforded opportunities for nice walks, yet is in convenient driving distance of more extensive hikes and other attractions. Groceries are 20 min away. We had a snafu getting pool and hot tub heat running on schedule. However, Jayne, the concierge, was great. She got things working, and refunded the time missed. The pool was a huge hit with the kids, as was the putting green and other outdoor games at the property.

Mixed feelings

We enjoyed our stay at the actual property. It really met our needs quite well for our three families. The pool was nice to have, the home was spacious and there was a place for everyone to hang out, and most everything was in working order. I think our main issues would have been mostly with the management of the property.- Communication didn't start out well but ended better. I had tried twice to contact the service before we arrived via email and text but never got a response. Then once we arrived, the communication improved.- Amenities are limited. I understand we were given a "starter amount" of basic products such as shampoo/conditioner, soap, garbage bags, laundry detergent, etc., but for a group the size of ours that the home was made to accommodate for the length of time of our stay, the provided amounts were not enough. Also to say, there was not much of a starter amount of bathroom products in the bathrooms, some containers being empty. And the last thing I wanted to do was buy a package of garbage bags when I really only needed two more until the end of our stay. It just seemed very petty.And with the hot tub, I understood there would be a fee associated with the pool, but for a hot tub, I would just assume it would be "hot" but that too was an amenity we had to pay extra for to heat.We were good, respectful tenants, but left feeling nickel and dimed in all parts of our experience.

Beautiful, Spacious, 5-Star Service

We enjoyed our stay at this large, spacious home. Our favorite spaces were the kitchen, pool area and out door seating from the roof. The concierge was so attentive and helpful with all of our questions and gave such great recommendations! We were a little further from things (stores, restaurants) that we originally thought, but made it work with planned trips out. One sink wasn’t working at all which made the bathroom situation with a group of ladies somewhat tough, but again, we made it work. None of us had been to Arizona at that time of year so we were also unaware of black flies but they were so so bad. Having some form of deterrent or tips for that would also be helpful. I think more dishes, can koozies and utensils might eventually be helpful but we just did dishes more often. Very accommodating with a late check out when it was available. This was a great stay and we are thankful!
