This brand new home is located just a few blocks away from the charming Railroad District in San Luis Obispo, where you'll discover a host of incredible restaurants and delis. Situated in a peaceful residential neighborhood, this fully equipped 2 bed, 1.5 bathroom home offers the perfect escape. The living room opens up to a stunning deck with a spectacular view of Madonna Mountain, complete with a BBQ and dining table so you can soak up the incredible Central Coast weather.



The Space:

Experience the ultimate comfort in this NEW two-story 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom home that accommodates four guests with ease. The lower level boasts 2 cozy bedrooms with 2 king-sized beds and a full bathroom. The upper level features a fully equipped kitchen and a bright living room with a 70" smart TV, leading to an upper deck with an awe-inspiring view of Madonna Mountain. Enjoy a delightful meal on the patio's outdoor dining set and fire up the grill for a BBQ. Located in a serene residential area, this house is a short 15-20 minute walk or a quick drive to the historic Railroad District in downtown San Luis Obispo, where you can indulge in some scrumptious meals and drinks at the local restaurants and delis. The Terrace Hill is a short hike behind the house with a stunning view of SLO, perfect for savoring a sunset with drinks and snacks.



If you are an adventure seeker, travel North towards the scenic Los Osos, Morro Bay, Cayucos, Cambria, San Simeon, and the breathtaking Big Sur. On the other hand, traveling South takes you to Pismo Beach, Avila Beach, and Arroyo Grande. Wine enthusiasts can visit Edna Valley or Paso Robles, both renowned wine destinations. In downtown San Luis Obispo, there are several parking garages and lots, as well as metered parking on the streets. The first hour of parking is usually free in the garages and lots, and rates vary depending on location and time of day.



Public transportation options include the SLO Transit bus system, which operates throughout the city and nearby areas, and the SLO Regional Transit Authority (RTA), which provides connections to other cities in San Luis Obispo County. There are also ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft available in the area.



Overall, visitors to San Luis Obispo have a variety of transportation options to choose from, whether they prefer to walk, bike, drive, or take public transportation.

DOG POLICY: This property is dog friendly. There is an additional pet stay fee of $100 for booking with a dog. (Low shedding dogs under 50 pounds are allowed, dogs over 50 lbs with low shedding will be considered on a case by case basis.) If you are considering bringing your furry family member, please let the host know when you book. Thank you! *Pet must be 12 mo. or older *Pets must not be left unattended at anytime during your visit (even if outside) *Pets must be kept off of the furniture -- please bring suitable bedding *Pets must be free of fleas and up to date on a flea control treatment *Pets are required to have all current vaccinations (Parvo) *We require all pet poop to be thoroughly cleaned up around the property. *If there is damage to furniture, property, or left over pet waste due to your dog, there will be an extra $150 charge added at check out, along with additional charges for any other damages. Guests who book our dog friendly rooms without a dog accompanying them will not be charged the separate dog fee.

Excellent decor and ideal setting --- it was an easy walk into town. You might note that DT is accessible over the train station. Also the train is infrequent but might also be something to share with future tenants.

We’ve stayed at this house numerous times. Each time it’s been very clean and well kept up with all the amenities. It’s in a convenient location. Can’t think of a better place to stay!

Very nice property in a great location. 15 minute walk to downtown SLO, easy drive to cal poly campus.The home is new or recently renovated and very comfortable. The unit was just as advertised. Very clean, convenient, and nicely appointed. Very much appreciated the extras like keurig coffee pods and creamer. Well-stocked with extra soaps, shampoo, paper towels, detergent, etc. Beds were very comfortable. Manager was very nice and communicated easily. Would highly recommend!

Perfect spot to stay in SLO

Such a darling, well equipped, comfortable place to stay in SLO. We could walk to town easily over the bridge. Would absolutely stay again. We couldn't figure out how to use the heat and they were incredibly responsive and patient. Five stars for sure!

Very nice stay in SLO house

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is conveniently located, very nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. Perfect for our short 3 night stay. We were concerned that proximity to the train tracks would be an issue but it wasn’t at all.
