Oceanfront Three Bedroom Condo - Crescent Sands G-3

When you rent a vacation condo you want to be able to rest and enjoy your well deserved oceanfront vacation.
Crescent Sands G3 is a beautifully decorated, comfortable three bedroom that you will want to re-book year after year.
Located on the third floor you are high enough to enjoy the oceanfront views while low enough to watch the family at the pool. G3 has two king bedrooms (one oceanfront) and a third bedroom with two twin beds. There are three bathrooms, one hall bath, one king master bedroom bath and one privately in the twin bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty to cook with, a keurig and auto drip coffee maker combo, glass top stainless steel oven, refrigerator, microwave and more. The living room has seating for the family with a flat screen TV. The unit offers free wifi which is specific to the condo.

The property is very popular with an oceanfront outdoor swimming pool, pool seating, picnic tables, outdoor charcoal grills, two elevators and bathrooms on the ground floor.

All condos are nonsmoking and do not allow for pets. All condos rent weekly (Saturday to Saturday) Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend every year. Linen and towels are included on weekly and daily rentals.

The use of the pool, pool area, and grilling area are at your own risk. By using the pool, pool area and/or grilling area, you agree to hold harmless the Crescent Sands Homeowners Association, its Board of Directors, its Owners, its Property Manager, and its Certified Pool Operator.

Loved our stay!!

Checking in and checking out was quick and easy! We loved the condo! It was the perfect size for our family. Steps away from the beach and the pool. We would definitely stay here again. I will say, the bathrooms in the hall and kids room are SMALL so just be mindful about that. They worked just fine for us though :)

I would say that it's a nice place but some areas are very tight as far as doorways and different things and the couch could be updated as far as some of the furniture could be a little more inviting and comfortable. I would not recommend staying here again in the future even though it was fairly close right ocean front on the beach.

Nice condo. Need larger kitchen trash can, though not sure where to put it. Louvered door containing HVAC very dirty on outside. Area under kitchen sink dirty. Twin bed mattresses very hard and uncomfortable. Ceiling fans need cleaning. Convenient location. Nice balcony overlooking beach and pool. Condo property well maintained.

The place is in a great location. We had the quietest beach front up and down North Myrtle. We were a short walk to parasailing and beach dining.

Beautiful oceanfront condo

We really loved this condo and location. The condo is just like advertised. Clean, and great decor! Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Also the property maintenance was impeccable! Grounds/ pool / elevator kept very clean, daily! Would absolutely stay again.
