This is a must stay location! The view from the huge balcony is amazing! There is seating outside of both of the doors that take you to the balcony (4 comfortable chairs total) and the balcony wraps around to the master bedroom! The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated upon arrival. They provided most things that we needed i.e pits, pans, plates, cups, bowls etc. the communication with the host was the best I have ever experienced! She was very open to any questions I had and answered very quickly. The rooms are amazing each with their own television and bathroom! I plan to stay here every year from here on out. It felt like home away from home for our little family!

Great stay! Condo clean. Loved the list of restaurant suggestions and loved the fact that beach restroom was available next to condo to use. The public restroom was clean too. Would have liked to have known about the HVAC rules before signing contract, made me a little concerned that we may be held responsible for costs. We followed the rules and all was well. Would stay again.

We had a great holiday vacation. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with plenty of towels provided. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, which made it easy to prepare meals. Would definitely book again.

This unit was absolutely charming! It was spotless, comfortable, beautifully maintained and just steps from the beach. Our group of five adults had plenty of space, and the host was wonderful and quick to respond. We'd definitely stay here again in the future.

We had the most amazing time staying here! Lindsay was a very accommodating and helpful host. The view from baloney is incredible and the close access to the beach is so nice, just steps away from the elevator. The place itself was very clean and had everything we could need. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, which made it convenient for cooking meals. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our group to have their own space. Highly recommend this stay!!!

The condo is as described. It is a beautiful place! The condo had everything you could think of and some things we didn’t even know we needed until we needed them. Lindsay is a great host and answered every question I had prior to renting. I want to give the review that is so deserved, but hate to let this little gem out!

Overall the condo was great. Very clean and well maintained. Our only issue the fact that the exterior of the building was being painted and we were unable to use the balcony for the majority of our stay. We got there on Thursday the 12th and painters were on the balcony every day thru Wednesday March 18th. They were not on the balcony for the entire day, but working on various sections.( they were not on the balcony on Monday due to rain)This is something I wish I would have know ahead of time. The property owner was wonderful with communicating regarding check in etc, however this was never mentioned to us and I would have really appreciated the heads up.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable week. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions.One of our favorite parts was relaxing on the balcony and enjoying the beautiful view each day. Lindsay was an excellent host—she was friendly, responsive, and quick to answer any questions we had, making the entire stay seamless.We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place in a great location. We loved this condo and will most certainly stay again! The condo was so clean upon arrival, the accesibility to getting keys was so smooth and easy. The porch furniture was the most comfortable, the layout was great, the towels and linens were all very soft and smelled super clean. We had plenty of things to get us started: soap, dish soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. Overall it was a great stay and we loved the condo and the host wad great! We had communication the entire process, it couldnt have been easier!

The condo was in the perfect location and felt very safe with key-lock access. It was never overcrowded, and we never experienced any issues with the elevators. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. There were plenty of linens, towels, blankets, and pillows available for our stay.We brought an additional vehicle, and Lindsay responded promptly to help us obtain an extra parking pass. Her communication throughout our stay was excellent.It had been years since our last trip to Myrtle Beach, but we will most certainly be returning next year! Thank you, Lindsay, for allowing us to rent your beautiful condo. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to others.
