This charming home in the Warm Sands neighborhood is completely fenced for privacy and has both a front and back yard. The outdoor area features a gorgeous large pool, an outdoor fireplace, and a four-person hot tub. While sunbathing, enjoy views of the San Jacinto mountains in the distance. Throw some burgers on the grill and gather for an alfresco meal.

Lounge in comfort on the new furniture in the living room and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. Cook your favorites in the fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances that include a dishwasher. Dine together at a table for six.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
