Welcome to our beautiful and stylish home in peaceful Fountain, Co. Modern, luxurious, comfortablewith space for friends and family. Located close to Fort Carson and downtown Colorado Springs. Perfect for those looking to have all of the amenities of home while exploring Southern Colorado. Guests will be able to enjoy a relaxing environment complete with a rooftop deck and firepit. End your nights overlooking the neighborhood and scenery of the mountains enjoying fresh air and a cozy fire.

Our home is your perfectly located basecamp for adventuring and your relaxing retreat. Built in 2020, it is completely modern and new. The home is equipped with heat and central AC for your comfort, fast wifi, 2 Roku TVs, a spacious and well stocked kitchen, onsite laundry and comfy bedrooms with large closets. There is off street parking in the driveway, keyless entry, a rooftop deck with views of Pikes Peak and a firepit for relaxing evenings. We have created this space with you in mind and so you will have everything you need no matter the reason for your visit.

Living & Dining
Relax on the comfy, oversized couch and love seat while streaming your favorite shows on the 55” Roku TV over fast Wi-Fi. There is a coat closet and half bath adjacent to the living room. Ceiling fan to circulate the air. Enjoy central heat and AC to stay comfortable all year round. Share a meal in the open concept attached dining area and kitchen.

There is a second living room loft upstairs with a wrap around couch and recliner. Watch movies to on the Roku TV, or use the table for card and board games for a night of family fun.

Kitchen
The chef in your group will be thrilled to prepare some meals in the fully loaded kitchen. There is a large island and eat in bar with seating and plenty of storage. Enjoy a full size stainless fridge with filtered water tap and icemaker, electric range, oven, dishwasher, microwave and a toaster. There is glassware, dishware, silverware and coffee mugs. We also provide pots, pans, bowls, knives, a strainer, plenty of utensils, grill tools and any kitchen tool you could need.

Bedrooms
All 3 bedrooms feature brand new, super comfy memory foam mattresses, high quality bedding, plenty of pillows and we provide fresh linens for your comfort. They each have blinds/curtains, ceiling fans (with the exception of the bunk bed room for safety), side tables with lamps, dressers, and large closets with hangers. The master features a king sized bed, walk in closet, and ceiling fan to keep you cool. The 2nd bedroom is a queen sized bed and third bedroom bunk beds are perfect for families and adults alike.
Please note: all bedrooms are on the second floor with the laundry conveniently located between them.

Bathroom
The bathroom is spacious and features a full bath tub and shower, tile surround, 2 sinks and vanities, a separate vanity counter and plenty of storage. We provide fresh towels, makeup cloths and spa quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also provide hand soap, cotton swabs, cotton balls, and a few extra rolls of toilet paper. There is a hair dryer and also a first aid kit.

Laundry
There is onsite laundry with large, updated washer and dryer and we provide a few laundry pods. There is a an iron and ironing board.

Outdoors
Lounge outside in the fresh air perched high above the neighborhood on the rooftop deck. The deck is has seating for four and string lights for great ambience. The firepit is propane and a cozy fire is only the press of a button away. The front and back yards are both turfed to be beautiful all year round and provide a place for kids to play without being itchy or worrying about dirt and bugs. There is off street parking in the driveway and street parking in front of the home.


Pets
We happily host pets that qualify. Please message us for our pet agreement before booking. Guests with pets will love the park and trails located right down the street.

Guests will have private access to the entire home including living room, dining room, kitchen, bath, 3 bedrooms, backyard, rooftop deck and parking.

Quant surburban neighboorhood of upscale homes and quiet streets. Parks in the neighboorhood include playgrounds for children, walking trails, and frisbee golf course. Food trucks frequently set up at the park making fun dinners and snacks a short walk away.
