We loved staying at this house. Having a living room and a family room was perfect. The area is very safe with many restaurants nearby.

We loved this house. Everything was so nice and it was a very easy drive into Colorado Springs and to World Arena. The furnishings are very nice and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. The washer and dryer are HUGE! We loved the privacy of the back yard - no neighbors! Would definitely recommend and would stay again if in the area. The host was wonderful and we had a great trip. Thanks for everything!!!!

Great space for family quality time

We visited Colorado for a wedding and this was a great space to catch up with family together:) cheaper than a hotel and sooooo much better!

Amazing home

This house was perfect for me and my family. Easy to get to and located around all the nice restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when we visit beautiful Colorado.

Family Vacation

Our family loved this property! The kids loved the 3 stories, video games, board games, and the bunk beds. I loved making meals in the kitchen with the large island! Beautiful location that didn’t have a lot of traffic but still had an amazing view of the mountains. The top floor deck was beautiful and perfect for the evenings to just relax outside.

Great place to stay at with kids! Plenty of entertainment for them and the balcony on the third floor definitely a great place to unwind! House was very roomy and well equipped! Very good communication from the host!

Family Get Away

This is a great home for a family get away. Close enough to enjoy all the Springs and surrounding area have to offer but also a quiet and relaxing. This home met all our family needs during our Spring Break Vacation.

Family vacation

Overall great property for our family vacation. The house had everything we needed and was in a decent location. Pros: Space for the family to spread out. The teens could chill upstairs, while the parents could stay downstairs and relax. Kitchen was nice, the beds were comfortable, and there were enough bathrooms for all to use. Con’s: A/C issues, the top floor was very uncomfortable and hard to keep cool. The house had a weird smell when we arrived and the garbage can was tipped over with trash dumped all over the front yard. There is no back yard for sitting or to walk out into, plus the landscape needs some TLC/ weed killer. This property is very close to the military installations, so if you’re in town to visit family stationed here, this property would do the job. If your in town to visit all the tourists stops, you may want to look at something a little closer to those areas.

Great stay

This house worked perfect for our family. There’s plenty of space and bathrooms for our family of 6. The game room on the 3rd floor was a huge hit with the kids! I would definitely recommend this home to other families!

Nice stay

We stay at many VRBO properties. This was a nice stay. The bed was comfortable which is a big part of my good review. Everything was set up for an easy stay. Could get to all the parts of Colorado Springs easily. We would stay again. We were a couple, but if you have a family it is set up really well.

We were here in fountain to celebrate our daughters wedding With our sons family who are from Virginia. The house was an amazing stay for the nine of us and our grandchildren really enjoyed the playroom upstairs to reconnect as cousins. A wonderful place to stay, we would do it all over again

Family Vacation

This was a great rental for our family of 4. It was very clean, easy to find, plenty of room for everyone to be together AND for each of us to find a quiet spot. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, china, etc. The top floor was super fun and made it feel like a special treat. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

Great house

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was beautiful. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The only few things I would change is, one, the towels. We only had two for the Master bathroom and they were small and scratchy. Second, The bathtub in the guest bathroom was clogged the whole time so it filled with water every time my kids took a shower. Other than those two things it was a great house and a great location. Close to everything we wanted to do.

Family Vacay

The property and location were really nice. The neighborhood was quiet, which is a plus. Checking in was relatively easy. The house was cozy and felt like we were home. Communication with the host was quick as they responded when I had a question or concern. I would most certainly book again if I were to be in the area again.

Quiet Neighborhood

Our stay was in a quiet neighborhood with a cute little balcony upstairs. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make our own meals. They have the kitchen stocked with plenty of coffee. The attractions in Colorado Springs were not far away. It was a very private and quiet stay and we would stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property we enjoyed our visit.

Nice and clean. Had every thing we needed. Close to everything we wanted to do. Quiet and safe neighborhood. The only thing we would of liked would have been a little later check out time.

Great Family Stay

Everything was great about the property. The only complaint was the trash was not recently taken out and was starting to smell in the garage. The bonus space on the third floor was amazing. Lots of space to spread out. Would recommend. Would LOVE to live in this house!
