Step into tranquility at one of the premier condo complexes in Clearwater Beach. This Belle Harbor unit is located directly across the street from the white powdery sands of world class Clearwater beach and offers stunning intra-coastal views from its 7th floor location.

The vacation unit is 1,800+ sq. ft, 3 bedroom 2 bath unit. Outside of master bedroom, living room and kitchen you are treated to intra-coastal waterway views from a 200 square foot balcony. Please see pictures.

Amenities include a heated pool right on the water, Jacuzzi, clubhouse with pool table and a fitness center with sauna and steam room. Building access is secured via a guardhouse and gate. You will have your own secured assigned covered parking spot for easy access.

Don’t miss this resort class complex! It is conveniently located for easy walking to several restaurants, tennis courts, water sports and fishing charters. In addition a beach trolley runs approximately every 30 minutes.
