The beds in the immaculate bedrooms, and the linens, were top notch. So comfy. The house is very very quiet--a perfect refuge. Our group was celebrating our daughter’s graduation weekend from UNCA. The three bedrooms were perfect and the bathrooms were modern and clean. The kitchen- dining area fit our needs and we were had plenty of room to relax together. Be aware that parking is very limited.

Why they chose this property

This home is in a very peaceful setting and yet also so close to downtown Asheville. You can walk or take a short drive down the end of the street to the Woodfin Riverside park, where you can stroll on the greenway. The home is also very close to River Arts District and the new absolutely amazing greenway that takes you for miles along the french broad river.
