This condo was everything we were looking for. We loved looking right onto the patio and the beach from the sofa. Exceptional views! The view from the master bedroom was exceptional as well.

Great Condo with Perfect Beachfront View

Property was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The beachfront view is amazing and the family loved the quick access to the beach and pool. The Palmetto Dunes area is lovely.

Perfect location & Beautiful Views

Our stay was great! We loved the location of the condo, the beautiful views of the ocean and sunrises on the balcony, and a well-equipped condo with all amenities. The outdoor community grill was a bonus. Will definitely book again.

Lovely place, amazing view!

Best location at Hilton Head

Perfect place for a getaway. We spent lots of time on the porch - great view! Beach was very windy but porch was perfect! Lots of amenities in this condo. Well equipped and comfortable.

Beautiful condo. Very clean. Perfect location. Condo had everything we needed and was spacious enough for everyone to spread out. Communication with Deborah was fast and helpful. Palmetto Dunes is gorgeous! Can’t wait to go back.

Great beachfront condo!

Perfect for our family of 4- beautiful view of the ocean, steps from the private beach and pool and the kitchen was adequately stocked with a coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, etc. The condo is cozy and comfy and Debbie was always responsive with any questions I had. It was everything we could have wanted in the beautiful Palmetto Dunes location.

Beautiful condo in a great location

Everything was as listed on the website. Everything was clean except for some of the corners in the closets. Condo was very well equipped and all appliances worked. The table on the balcony was very shaky, so we did not use it because we were afraid it might fall over if we used it to eat. Otherwise, a beautiful, well furnished condo.

Property is fine. Host is non responsive and argumentative when a problem occurred. The entire beach was unusable due to a dune replenishment project and all the other owners knew about this, except this owner. 24/7 digging, rumbling, OSHA required beeping for earth movers. Host said, not my problem, I didn't know about the project. Had to leave due to 24/7 rumbling and beeping and inability to access amenities. This should have warranted a full refund, I left 5 days early and only received a partial refund

Could have been very nice

Location was amazing, love the property itself. Our unit unfortunately was very dirty. Not cleaned well, clothing left over from previous guests in drawers (underwear included). There was a rodent issue within the unit. Host was very nice and responsive. If they clean this unit up, it will be awesome. Also, we told her about the cleanliness issues and we weren’t offered any sort of reimbursement.

The condo itself was wonderful. We had everything we needed and it was so beautiful. Communication with the host was wonderful too. The only issue we had was the elevator in the building kept going out. With a property on the 4th floor, this was a major issue. It went out multiple times, during times when we really needed it (moving in & out and getting to and from beach). We were ready to book again for next year because the condo is that great. The elevator isn’t the owner’s fault, but I would check whether the property has repaired the elevator before booking.

An enjoyable two weeks

The unit was clean and comfortable. Plus, it was simplistic - just enough kitchen supplies, etc., to fit our needs and not too much "stuff" that over-crowded the kitchen storage. We have stayed at Captain's Walk many times, and this was our first in this unit. We would definitely book it again. Of course, the view is fantastic and the reason we stay at CW. Having some beach chairs available and comfortable balcony furniture was appreciated.
