If you want to host a fun family dinner at the formal dining table, the full kitchen is well-equipped with full-size stainless steel appliances and gadgets such as a slow cooker, blender, mixer, and teapot. For dessert, use the ice cream maker to serve homemade ice cream at the four-seater breakfast bar - sugar and salt are provided! Great condo

This was our first time at this condo and it didn’t disappoint. The hot tub access was amazing after a long day of snowboarding and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we need to cook . We can’t wait to come back in February!

The place was clean and the place was roomy. The dishes had a film from the dishwasher but easy to clean with a wash in the kitchen sink. The front door was difficult to close. All other amenities worked fine and I enjoyed my stay.

Loved it!!

Great little condo in the mountains. Amazing view, super cute inside, it had everything we were looking for. We will be back for sure. The only reason we gave it 4 stars it there is some maintenance needed on the porch, we couldn't even walk on it with all the paint chips. Not a huge deal though because the back porch is where the best views are.

Good but needs better communication

Everything was fine but it was hard to get answers from the host. They have become to big for the vacation rental industry and don't answer questions well. I am a vacation rental owner so I understand this.

Please notify the owner of these issues, bed mattress have to be replaced, furniture in the living room have to be replaced, need a cutting board in the kitchen, and eliminate the long entry code that sometimes doesn’t work and provide the codes for the garbage lock code and the Jacuzzi . Please get me a feedback on thes issues

The pictures of the living room, dining room kitchen are spot on. The front bathroom and spare bedroom is pretty much correct but the pictures of the master bedroom and bathroom are not at all correct. How they got the rooms to look large is beyond me. There is no closet and the bathroom is about as large as two old timey telephone booths. The kitchen appliances definitely need updating and we have had continuous problems with ants. Maintenance is great in responding but it doesn’t make up for the other inconveniences. Got our dates mixed up on when we were leaving and cut off our Wi-Fi a day early. If they do a little tender loving care on this unit it would be much better. Also, as we are all aging out it might be considerate to add handicap bars in the bathrooms. Does anyone know how to ask for ADL considerations when booking with VRBO? Like downstairs, etc. Thanks

Colorado Ski Trip

The condo is great as usual, this is about our sixth or seventh year to stay there, but since he other management is not there anymore lots of things have changed. No personal contact with anyone ever from start to finish. They sent you a 10 digit code to get into your door every time you close it, that needs to change or else give me my own phone number, we had an incident with a toilet overflowing. The only thing we could use was towels to clean it up, they said, on the notes that they would bring towels by on the third day, no one has shown up yet. The place is excellent to stay at. However, there needs to be someone there in case there is a problem instead of phoning or texting someone.

Clogged sink and dirty toilet

Kitchen was clean and rooms as well. But we had an issue with second bathroom. The sink was clogged and not draining water properly, also the toilet was dirty. I immediately informed the property manager on text message hoping someone will show up next day in morning to take care of these 2 items. But the only response I got is to how to resolve the issue by cleaning it on our own. Which is just unacceptable, we are here for vacation and not to maintain your property. The cleaning of toilet and making sure sink drains properly is a basic thing that your Cleaning crew should have checked before we check in.

The property smelled like straight pot upon arrival which in itself was a challenge as the code did not work. We had to call and wait forever to get a new code. No AC so perhaps offer portable fans as ceiling fans were not much help in a heatwave in Colorado. Next night our new code wouldn’t work so we had to call and wait again with a screaming baby just to get in. Weird debris all over living room table that looked like sawdust and everyone I cleaned it off it would reappear. My husband believes it was from beams on ceiling. The only positive was the deck view. Will not be staying here again

Location and View Amazing - Pros & Cons

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Not everything was perfect which is the reason for the overall 4 star rating. Despite the cons we would come back more prepared. Pros: *View and location: This condo is just over the little bridge located by the bunny hill and a very short walk from the lift. It has one very large floor to ceiling window and sliding doors with the most amazing view I have ever been able to see every single day. *Hot tub: Although our group did not use it, I did check it out and was very pleased with the cleanliness and overall maintenance. *Overall Value: We usually stay in the lodge and although it has lots of amenities, it is much more expensive. For our family, this is a better overall value. Cons: *Maintenance: This place needs a lot of maintenance done that does not appear to have been done. For example, the faucet was loose, lights that were supposed to be attached to the ceiling for just hanging, the owner's cabinets that should be locked were not locked, one of the shelves inside the refrigerator door completely fell off when closed once and the other shelf is about to break as well, there was a lot of snow before we came and no room to park the two cars we were supposed to have been allocated and the stairs and balcony were dangerous with the amount of snow and ice present. Kitchen: Dishes had a film on them difficult to get off, not very well stocked and things they had were in dire need of replacement, no cutting board

Best views and amazing location!

Condo is stocked well, very nice and clean, and has everything you need. It has a large kitchen and incredible views. Definitely a favorite place to stay any time of the year! This condo is also just above the bunny hill and very close to the lift if you are here in the winter and want to be right next to the ski lifts.
