Artistic family home nestled in foothills of Santa Barbara on private lane. Rural flavor with sweet flower and vegetable gardens, and unique outside patios for dining and relaxing. Modern kitchen, fireplace, birds, fresh air.
There is an apartment in back with private entrance which is rented to a single registered nurse, who works nights a is extremely quiet.

Hello, my name is Cassie. I've lived here for 48 years, raising my family with my late husband. I was a registered nurse, and artist, and he was a teacher and potter. Although I am new to VRBO, I have always felt it would be a great vacation home, so I'm excited to make it available.
My property is extremely quiet with no road noise.
The outside spaces are so unique and pretty, and will call your name for outdoor dining and flower viewing.
Many bird species visit my garden, with several types of humming birds, which can be easily viewed from the living room.
I love to hike and bike. There are great trails within minutes and with good biking. I also enjoy gardening and growing flowers.


Why they chose this property

El Ranch Hacienda is a comfortable and welcoming home, feels like country, but is really close to the Old Mission, the Riviera theater, and downtown (less than ten minutes with free parking). It is very safe, and has a walking park three minutes out the door.
