You never need to leave the resort, there are 3 restaurants, tennis courts, a fitness center, a playground and two pools all located on the property. All of the above, along with the low host fees make this one of the best beachfront spaces to stay during your visit to Hilton Head!

Weekend Getaway

The condo was perfect. All of the amenities needed plus some really thoughtful extra touches. Very clean and comfortable. Will absolutely stay again.

Everything we needed

Property was just as described. This is our third time staying at hilton head but this property by far was the best! The communication from the owner and the apt was fully stocked with everything we needed. We hope to book the same property next summer

Great location

Location of the unit is great. Have a bit of an ocean view from balcony. A bit old inside but owner has everything you could need for your stay and more.

Beautiful view!

Nice condo with terrific view. The little extras provided by the owners made it even nicer. Communication with owners was prompt and courteous. Will definitely stay here again

Good value, excellent view.

Small but cute, could use some updating. No closet space, had to hang clothes on door knobs and pile luggage on the floor (closets were padlocked), just made the space seem even smaller. The bed was so uncomfortable we spent the rest of the trip sleeping on the fold-out sofa. Very few towels (2 bath cloths for 4 night stay). The host had new linens delivered, which was very nice, but still. Very reasonable rate and awesome view from the balcony.

Disgusting

The house smelled Old and musty. The floors had not been cleaned and I don't know how long there was hair and debris all over it. It is infested with roaches they were even in the stove clock. It was the worst place I have ever stayed. We will never stay there again and I do not recommend staying there!

Beachy, small condo

Small condo cutely decorated in all things beach. The queen bed is very comfortable. Could see far more ocean than the picture in the listing showed. Does need some updates, but nothing that will hinder your happiness! I recommend this for 1 or 2 people and parents of young children. Please note that there is no closet for hanging clothes. Access to the beach is easy and the pool is large and kid frindly.

Stay Elsewhere

This condo needs to be gutted. It has not been touched since 1980. When you enter you are greeted by the smell of mildew. Sorry, the ceiling fans left running on high and the two air purifiers cannot mask the smell. If you have any sensitivity to mold and mildew do not stay here. The broken down bed should have been replaced years ago. The bottom line is you get what you pay for. The resort location and amenities are great. It has a decent bar in the convention center, a nice pool and beach side bar, and quick access to the beach. The staff I had contact with were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at the resort again. Just not in the unit I chose.

Summer vacation

It was a wonderful vacation. The location was great, the view was really beautiful. The condo was well taken care of and the little things like having beach chairs and towels and a cooler for your guest so we didn’t have to worry about those things was really great. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Folly Field

Condo is clean and well stocked with bath towels as well as beach towels, extra toiletries, sun screen, beach chairs and cooler. All the closets were locked so we didn’t have anywhere to hang clothes with exception of 2 over the door hooks. The bathroom floor needs a fair bit of grout replaced. The beach was a short walk away and the pool is huge. Tara provided detailed instructions prior to arrival and check in was seamless. We would definitely stay again.

The property was as described . Great beach access and conveniently located near many of the island’s attractions. The host was super friendly and helpful in recommending restaurants which we. Thoroughly enjoyed .

State Tennis Championship Weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay even though we did not win the championship. The condo was exactly as described online. Pool, beach and beach bar were steps away. Condo was immaculate. Everything we needed was there. Will definitely stay with you again!!!!!!

Great condo, great location, fully stocked unit cookware, towels ext. including snacks and extra items that often forgot on trips. Family of 4 adults plenty of room. Short walk to beach, with beach views from patio. Would definitely stay again

Wonderful condo!

The condo had everything we needed, and more, for a perfect family vacation. The owner was very thoughtful and provided tons of amenities, even beach equipment if needed! The condo was very clean upon arrival, and the owner was prompt in sending all details for check in and check out. Location wise, we were just steps from the beach, pool, and all the resort amenities. We even had a nice view of the ocean from the balcony. Very affordable for all the condo has to offer. Highly reccomend staying here if you are planning a visit to Hilton Head Island!
