Completely renovated mid-century home!
This 1,407 sq. ft. home boasts 2 king rooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, game room (both containing smart TVs), an outdoor sitting area, fire pit and gas grill.
Enjoy coffee from our Keurig out on the front porch swing or back yard seating area. You'll surely enjoy watching the deer graze and birdwatching all the native Texas birds, right here on our street!!
Kick back and relax in the comforts of the living room or chill in the game room instead. There you can enjoy playing darts, ring toss, board games, dominoes, or try your luck at a "hole in one" game. As you transition into the backyard, feel free to challenge your family and friends to some cornhole. If you just prefer to chill, be sure to check out the old records we have for you to enjoy.

This home is close to entertainment, restaurants, wineries, breweries, the river trail and of course the Guadalupe River!!

The place is awesome. The exterior and yard area have not been kept up like the inside. Yard was not cut and it seems the outside is not considered important. Will definitely stay again but you asked for input.

The Magnolia Haus was wonderful. It had everything we needed and more in the kitchen. We spent a lot of time in the evening enjoying sitting in the backyard and stargazing. The house was cute and so cozy and inviting. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. The deer that visited every morning and evening were great. We had fun feeding them and watching them. The hosts providing corn to feed them was a wonderful touch. We would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area. Kerrville itself is a wonderful town. Lots of great restaurants many along the river. And great shops in the area.

We came in for a rally and had a great stay. The property was nice, clean and centrally located to stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Our host was great and even checked on us to see if we made it home ok. We will definitely stay here again

Great hill country get away!

We loved our stay at this quaint house. It was so well equipped with everything we needed and being able to see and feed the deer was amazing. We had no shortage of deer at any given time in the front yard which was really beautiful! The beds were so comfy and the house was adorable. The game room was a lot of fun as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Restful oasis

Magnolia Haus was a perfect getaway for two senior friends. The neighborhood was very quiet with deer aplenty. The two bedrooms were very spacious, both with king beds! Decor was minimal and each room well appointed. Master bathroom shower was heavenly.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this charming house in Kerrville. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. The house seemed newly renovated but retained all the character of an older home. We would have loved to stay longer!

Fun House and Great Place to Stay!

This was a perfect home for us and our two daughters. The rooms were perfectly arranged and the bedding was so comfortable. I fully appreciated the added touches like a weighted blanket in the closet (though I travel with my own). The home is in a good location in regards to Kerrville shops. We are excited to come back again!

Great cozy updated house as advertised. Both king beds are good, nice linens and towels. Fun feeding the deer on the front drive. Good cooking pans and utensils.Nice central location in town. Recommend.

I will start with my WHY.....Life is short. My father passed away at the age of 44, the very day we were taking our annual family vacation out to the Frio River. I was 19 years old at the time.
As the seasons came and went, the childhood memories never escaped me. In fact, I reminisce hiking in the Texas Hill Country, dancing at Garner, and floating the Frio or Guadalupe quite often. The moment I feel work-life stress creeping in, those memories provide a sense of calm. I can even smell the river and hear the whippoorwills if I try real hard. So, here we are, bringing my dream to life, creating spaces for you and your family to enjoy.
My husband and I are Texas A&M University graduates and have been blessed with 2 beautiful children. We reside here in Kerrville where we own and manage 2 properties and have a 3rd location in Fredericksburg. We are committed to providing exceptional service allowing our guests an opportunity to build memories that will last a lifetime.

This location is newly renovated as of June 2022. Appliances, beds, mattresses and all accessories are brand new. We had so much fun painting and decorating this place and wanted to provide a comfortable setting indoors as we know the adventure awaiting outdoors. Once you're tired of shopping, visiting local and surrounding wineries and breweries, running or biking the river trail, kayaking the Guadalupe or checking out local events/festivals/entertainment......We know you'll love relaxing with those you love most.

What makes this property unique

Magnolia Haus has 2 King rooms, 2 full bathrooms, a living room, dining table, full kitchen, game room (with games) and an outdoor space for your party to enjoy. The outdoor space has a firepit, chairs, string lights, privacy fence, and propane grill.
This property has SO MANY deer that will graze (just across the street) and the birds also love this street. You're in town, close to shops and entertainment, and only 24 miles from Fredericksburg.
