Renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath Smart Home in desirable Waterville Valley Estates
This beautiful smart vacation home has been newly renovated. The living room has a vaulted ceiling with a wood stove sitting on a marble fireplace, ceiling fan, two electric fireplaces and has central air conditioning/heating mini ducts on each floor along with a gas heater on the first floor. You will be cozy and warm during the Winter and cool in the Summer. The home features three smart TV's high speed internet, with built in USB outlet plugs through out.
The space
This luxury home has a loft with a master, queen size bed with fireplace and 55" TV. Two first floor bedrooms, one with full size bed and a 32" TV, the other an office/bedroom with a pullout twin bed. This home has two luxury bathrooms with showers, and a toilet/bidet in each. Built in washer/dryer in the 1st floor bath. There is an outdoor deck with table, seating and bbq off the main living room. Downstairs a screened deck with a gas fire pit/game table with seating for six. Two kayaks, paddles and vests to be used at nearby pond, trail across the street. Free access for one adult to Waterville Valley Community Center. You can purchase additional daily guest passes. Currently additional adult passes are $20 per day Friday to Sunday, and holidays . Seniors $10 per day weekends, children 8-17 $10 per day and children 7 and under free any day weekends. Monday-Friday Daily Pass $10 per adult, Seniors 65 plus $5, Children 8-17 $5 and under 7 free. Please check the Waterville-Estates web page to view fee's and all the amenities available including the bike, walking trails and Campton Ski Mountain. There is also free fishing in the two Waterville Valley Ponds. In winter ice skating. This four season home is centrally located near major ski resorts including Waterville Valley, Loon, and Cannon. Attractions like the Kancamagus Highway, Flume, Polar Caves, Clarks Trading Post, Hobo Railroad, Mini golf, Zip lining at Loon, Weirs Beach, Weirs Beach Drive Inn, and Chutters Candy store in Littleton-home of the largest candy counter in the world. Many visitors also enjoy seeing the two covered bridges located in Campton and Plymouth NH. Many places to eat like famous Benton's Sugar Shack for breakfast and the Covered Bridge Farm Table for lunch/dinner

Guests will able to use the home including the grill, gas heater game table located inside the screened in porch, out door wood fire pit for roasting marshmallows and use the two kayaks on the nearby ponds. There is a Community Center which has two outdoor pools and hot tubs as well as two indoor pools, hot tubs, sauna, gym two bars. Many more amenities, please search Waterville Valley Estates. Owners provide one Guess Pass for access. Additional daily passes can be purchased for additional guests. Please view the 2022 Pass Policy on the Waterville Valley Estates web page. There are two ponds that can be fished in without a license, tennis courts, volley ball courts, basket ball courts, shuffle board, corn hole and a nice sandy beach on the pond where there is a float that you can swim to
