Has private entrance, wshr/dryer, shwr & toilet all in room; Privacy (host gone, & a potential other guest in separated, main part of house); OLDER STYLE HOUSE; 12 min to Clrwtr Bch. NO KITCHEN OR TV/CABLE, has Wi-Fi, and a host gone (not immediate response!); In-room A/C unit (only 1 guest said "noisy a/c;" * If you see an unattractive comment on this listing, review the commenters pic & Airbnb history, and think deeply ;-) Only rent if cool; read/re-read listing!Please message me, or in emergency call Sue at 727 254-7959.
