Wake up to birdsong and enjoy your breakfast in a sunny kitchen or at one of two outdoor covered spaces. Take advantage of Sonoma County's world-class beauty, wineries, arts and music, restaurants, cycling routes, hiking trails, and multiple public beaches. Bonus for accessibility: home equipped with an Acorn stairlift for access to the second floor by request.

Great house for this family of four visiting Santa Rosa. Great kitchen where we cooked most of our meals over five nights. Centrally located to all sorts of local and not so local activities. Backyard beautiful!

Very pleasant home

This is a really nice place. I loved the family pictures-they made me want to meet the people in the pictures.Very quiet location. Very clean and well maintained.Excellent spot!

Great location and Accommodations

We were a group of O65 soccer players who came for a weekend tournament. The accommodations were above expectations. Plenty of towels, including extras for the hit tub, two styles of coffee makers, condiments and beautifully decorated! Look forward to another stay.

Fantastic Property

Needed a place to stay for a weekend wedding ... found this gem and was pleasantly surprised as the place is even nicer than the online photos! The hosts maintain this property very well and we were very happy to have a nice place to come "home to" after our wedding festivities.

Sonoma Wine Trip

The property was wonderful. Very clean and comfortable. The backyard area was very cute and comfortable also. We all really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely rent this home again. Very convenient to wineries and restaurants.

Absolutely perfect Santa Rosa home

This property was exactly as advertised and delivered on a relaxing, comfortable, and clean stay. This home is wonderfully furnished and comes with great amenities such as the backyard and hot tub. The home was clean, well maintained, and so close to all of the best parts of Santa Rosa. I would recommend this place to anyone and will be booking this home anytime I come back to this area!

Lovely Home, Great Location & Host

This was a lovely home to stay in. Everything we could want was provided. Beautiful yard. The host left us a nice bottle of wine. She was also very easy to work with. We would highly recommend the house & host!

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This house was stocked with everything we needed from thoughtful bottles of wine and bathroom amenities to a fantastic book collection! The host was fantastic. The hot tub always such a nice touch after long days of wine tasting. Everything was just perfect. I highly recommend!

Wonderful host, great communication and most importantly took good care of us. Beautifully decorated home with sophisticated and whimsical art and furnishings; felt more like a home (w/family photos) and less like a rental. Upon request, the host Julie made sure the stairlift was in working order for my elderly MIL which we were grateful for. Two parking spots in driveway plus street parking. Backyard was beautiful though we didn’t use it. Tip: after we turned the thermostat up on a chilly night, the upstairs bedrooms turned out to be too warm, so we adjusted the next night and we were fine.

Beautiful spacious house

We loved the well appointed kitchen, nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Master suite was very nice. Lots of room to spread out, and conveniently located in a nice neighborhood. The backyard was beautiful - too bad it was too rainy to enjoy it much. Our host left helpful information, and we enjoyed the board games and cards. A great stay!

Beautiful House!

We certainly enjoyed our stay in the wine country! The house was very clean and had all the supplies we needed for our stay. We enjoyed cooking meals on the grill and using the beautiful patio. The beds were comfortable as well as the sitting area in the evenings. Julie was very easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions immediately.

Family Wedding

We had a wonderful time with family at this location. The home was clean, well equipped and had many amenities not listed. Plenty of room for the 5 of us and centrally located. The home was nicely appointed and the backyard was gorgeous. If we are in the area again, we will definetely stay again.

Great Rainy Stay

Had a great time in Sonoma County this weekend. Despite the rain had some fun outings and this house was perfect distance to so much. The house was also a great rainy day house so many games and books to keep us entertained, and I know I can’t say no to a hot tub in the rain! Thanks again!

I invite you to enjoy my residential sanctuary. The location is ideal—just 5 minutes to downtown Santa Rosa, 35 minutes to the coast, and the nearest wineries are 7+ miles away. Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood in Southwest Santa Rosa, the house is exceptionally peaceful and it's wonderful to enjoy the backyard deck, hot tub, and BBQ.
