Chic, Industrial Style Loft on Whiskey Row
Chic meets bourbon in this luxurious Louisville loft! Located on the legendary Whiskey Row of downtown Louisville, this loft sits right next to the YUM Center and Waterfront Park. Our loft's industrial style provides a spacious open floor plan that can accommodate up to 6 guests. Enjoy and explore the endless options of local bars, speakeasies, distilleries and live music right outside your front door. If you're looking to be fully immersed in all that Louisville has to offer, look no further.
This spacious 1,450 square foot loft features the best blend of industrial rustic and modern luxury. The loft is located on the top floor (4th level) of the building, so no worries about no noisy neighbors above. Our loft is one of only 12 lofts in the entire building and gives the feeling of privacy from the city below. The brick wall and industrial setup of the building drown out nearly all noise from the hustle and bustle outside, providing a quiet place to stay after exploring the fun city.
Each one of our two bedrooms features a king bed with a pillow top Sealy mattress, making sure you will get a comfortable night's sleep. Please note, that our additional two twin beds are located in the living room to be used for extra guests or as extra living room seating.
Our living room has plenty of seating and a Smart TV where guests can enjoy our Netflix or download their own streaming apps so you can still catch your favorites while on the go. This main living space also has a beautiful view of the bridge leading over the Ohio River into Indiana and the downtown park through the large almost floor-to-ceiling windows.
The kitchen is open to the rest of the main living space and complete with all the basics you may need to prepare meals during your stay, although, Lousiville has many great places to grab a bite. It's also open to the main living space so the chef in your group won't feel separate while preparing their next masterpiece.
Furnishings include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, real hardwood floors, 14" pillow top king mattresses, dual sided lamps in each bedroom, extra large closet space, rustic exposed brick, and luxury linens.
Guests are permitted to use the entire space during their stay along with the lounge area and outdoor terrace located on the 3rd floor of our building.
The lounge area has cozy seating and a Foosball table. The terrace has outdoor seating and picnic tables for guests to enjoy.
If you do bring a car, parking is available for a fee nearby at the parking garage located on 1st and Main right by our building. There are also additional parking garages, paid public lots, and metered parking surrounding the unit. There are plenty of options! We also recommend utilizing ride-share options. **Please note - there are no associated/designated/permitted parking options assigned with this unit. All parking must be covered by the guest**
Our loft is in a wonderful location!
Walking distance to Louisville Slugger Field, the Kentucky International Convention Center, the Muhammad Ali Center, and "Museum Row".
NuLu and 4th Street Live are a quick 3 minute Uber ride, and Churchill Downs is 11 minutes away.
If you're flying into town, we're located about 10-15 minutes from Louisville International Airport.
We're also within 1 mile of Norton Children's Hospital, Norton Downtown Hospital, and UofL Hospital.
There are security cameras in the main hallways of the building and in the lounge/entry way lobby of the building.
There are no cameras located on the door of the apartment or within the unit.
