We had a wonderful stay at this unit. The location was excellent and made it easy to enjoy Waikiki (tons of walkable amenities and restaurants), and having parking included was a huge bonus. The unit itself was spacious, tastefully decorated, comfortable, and had great air conditioning, which we really appreciated after full days out exploring.The building has a bit of an older feel, and the elevators could be busy at peak times, but being on a higher floor seemed to work in our favour and the views/setting more than made up for it. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly recommend this unit to other families looking for a convenient and comfortable Waikiki home base.

Beautiful Comfortable Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best time at Waikiki Banyan! Our rental was spacious, clean and conveniently located to all the Waikiki attractions. Easily walkable to the beach, food, coffee and Honolulu Zoo. The kitchen was great and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Our view from the lanai was the best part. Watching the ocean, city and diamond head.

Nice Condo except small problem.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Almost good!!But,the sliding door between the bedroom and the living room was broken. I told vacation rental staff . Then, Japanese staff came to room quickly and checked the door. She was very kindful.After 3days , I received message from property manager.They can not fix it while our staying. It was disappointing without any alternatives.Also,many food crumbs and hair on the carpet.But we would like use this property.

Nice place!

Good place to stay! Close to the beach. Only downside is that the elevators take a long time as they are doing renovations.

Great place to stay!!

We really enjoyed this condo. Very nicely updated. Loved sitting on the balcony every morning enjoying coffee. The beach chairs and umbrella were so helpful! It’s in a great location. Would stay here again!!

Great location, great value

Lovely view from balcony. Close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Loved the convenience of onsite parking without additional cost. Highly recommend.

Close to Waikiki Beach

Great location with a partial beach view and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Nice apartment with all the amenities needed. We were bummed that the pool and rec area were under construction as well as one of the elevators. All in all, we would definitely stay here again.

Great location and easy to get to the beach!

Amazing location and so easy to get right to Waikiki! Super helpful that there was parking offered as well which made the trip so much easier and it stressful. Also having the chairs, cooler and blanket were amazing additions to the place! The chairs might need a little TLC but all in all great place, super clean and easy to check in and out!

Great Location!

This condo was located in a great location to restaurants, shopping and all the local happenings! It was clean and had all we needed for an 8 night stay! Property manager was just a text or phone call away! Definitely recommend this condo!

Nice place

Enjoyed the property and location overall. Would have been nice to have enough TP and paper towel for our week long stay. Had to go buy some. And cleaning supplies, at least a broom would be nice.
