This is not your typical vacation rental home, which will become obvious the moment you experience it. Comfortably air conditioned throughout, this welcoming 6800 square foot home and the extensive surrounding gardens and grounds create a unique atmosphere appreciated by our guests who are searching for something truly exceptional. If spending real quality time having fun with family and friends in unequaled comfort and beauty is what you're after, this is the place. We've been making wonderful memories for folks renting our home since 2010 through Vrbo.

This home was chosen by the Marshall Leadership Team of the US Senior Open for their use when the Open was held at the Broadmoor in June 2025. They stayed 5 nights, rated it 5-Stars, and had this to say about the experience: "We wanted a nice home close to The Broadmoor Hotel and this fit us perfectly. Beautiful home with a fantastic back yard and covered patio. Within walking distance of the hotel that has very nice restaurants. The Wi-FI worked great and garage was appreciated. Great game room too."

Nothing has been spared to assure that our guests will have a vacation to remember, from a level of finish and décor throughout the home that will please the most discriminating tastes, right down to the superior mattresses, pillow tops, and linens you will find on each bed. (Our guests have told us they enjoy the beds so much they don’t want to get up!)

The outside of the home is like an extension of the inside. Have coffee or breakfast on the deck, dinner on the private lanai, or just kick back and relax around the beautiful gas fire pit on a summer evening, ensconced in the private gardens. It’s a transforming experience. Just off the deck is a sculpted 4,000 pound granite boulder spouting a cascade of water which creates the calming sound of a babbling brook day and night.

We do our best to make sure guests have a great time during their stay and feel pampered, so you'll find little extras like a book that describes great things to do in Colorado Springs and our favorite places to eat, nice soaps in all the bathrooms, 'How to' instructions posted near the things you'd like to know how to work (the gas fire pit outside, the BBQ, the home theater, etc.), and even an electric car charger in the garage!

We often get asked about Swimming Pools in the area that guests can use for themselves and their kids, and we're happy to say there are 7 beautiful ones, the nearest of which is a quick drive from our address. We have rented VRBO homes before here and in other countries and it's been our goal to make this one of the very top properties you could rent in America or Europe. The 5-Star Broadmoor hotel is just three blocks away and our home is close to the wonderful Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Seven Falls, Stratton Open Space Hiking Trails, and just a short ride to Downtown Colorado Springs. It's one of the finest properties in the best neighborhood it this beautiful town...what's not to like!

NOTE- Sleeps up to 14 guests in this way: 1 Kings bed (2 people), 3 Queen beds (6 people), 4 twin beds in the bunkroom (4 people), and the big sofa sectional in the home theatre area that can sleep two kids 12 or under.

We recycle and use eco-friendly LED lighting throughout. Electric Car charger is a 220V. system and its use is free.
