This was a very clean and spacious house with all the room we need for our family of 9. It could use some upgrades for sure but we enjoyed our stay. Kitchen could use newer pots and pans and baking dishes but we definitely made do.

The property was great with some few exception's.The hot tub jets never worked well even after adjusting , the electric grills heating coil was broken, it could really use some new pots/pans and one of the pools listed was completely empty and looked run down. It was a great place to stay and we would go back, it just needs some TLC in some places. Our host was amazing with communication and we appreciated that so much. The location was perfect for everything that we wanted to do and we were able to get some great quality family time together.

Old, hot tub not working 1electric grill handle broken and not working ice dispenser not working. Cooking pans handles extremely loose. We tightened one. Only 4drinking glasses. Bad odor in house. Carpet old and smelly. Pics online were extremely photoshopped

The host was very helpful and the cabin was more than accommodating. From the cozy comfort and relaxing hot tub to the beautiful views, this place more than we could have asked for. We will most certainly be looking out for availability for this cabin for our next family trip!

There was a minor fruit fly problem in the kitchen sink but the rest of the cabin was beautiful. Wished it would have had a fire pit. Bears are very smart here, do not leave cars unlocked.

Peak Retreat was a perfect home away from home for our family vacation to Gatlinburg. Everything was very clean and beautifully decorated. The views were spectacular. It is a well designed cabin and very spacious. It was an excellent place for a mountain retreat.

Great relaxing cabin stay

I went down for the weekend and stayed at this beautiful 4 bedroom cabin. Amazing views from the front balcony, and peaceful private retreat in the hot tub out back as well. Pool access was a bonus, specifically the lil bit of heaven pool at the top of the hill. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! Everything was just as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully set up. The hot tub was a great way to relax in the evenings, and the game room added a lot of fun to our stay. Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, comfortable, and the views were great. Any issues we had with the property were tiny (no cleaning products for the counter top, the dryer took forever to dry our clothes) and did not impact our overall enjoyment of our stay. We would definitely recommend this property!

Cozy home away from home

This is the perfect place to stay in Gatlinburg! So close to downtown, plus privacy when you need it up in the mountains. The views from the top deck were unmatched & such a beautiful thing to wake up to- we even had a cute little groundhog visit us a handful of times which thrilled my 3 year old (better than a bear in my opinion!) We will definitely use this place again when we come back to Gatlinburg!
