February vacation

Located in a great walking neighborhood on a deep water canal with a private beach. We stayed for the month of February.

We had a nice vacation and Gonzalo was very nice

We enjoyed our vacation & Gonzalo was accommodating with arrival/departures. He let us use a golf cart which was great Swimming pool (w/ toys) was great. Gonzalo was available to help us via video call to help heat it Access included to close private beach 1 bedroom downstairs & private which was nice All of beds mattresses & pillows clean & comfortable The living room nice & comfortable The deck of the house large & enjoyable to spend time there Wifi worked well Room for improvement: Weekly cleaning service subpar for me & my Italian wife. Following our request for better cleaning it was not better. My siblings & parents were divided on their opinion. I would have given 2/3 stars for “Cleanliness” Lists as sleeps 10-only sleeps 9 on beds. There were not pots and pans to cook for 10. We asked for more but did not get them. The kitchen table had 4 seats and a bench for 2. Problematic as for many meals we were more. Hence 4 stars for Accuracy of online listing The appliances were visibly old. The top of the dryer was covered in rust. It did not affect the performance but it was aesthetically unpleasant & we could not leave clothes on top of it. The washer broke while we were there. A repair man came to fix it after 5 days A few bedroom pillows were stained & could not be used The house location was great a 10 minute drive to restaurants and shops. It was safe & the children rode bikes in the street We could see many fish & manatee swimming in the canal Overall a great time
