This 4 BR Cape Cod Style House awaits to provide you the ultimate in relaxation year round. Inside this recently renovated oasis is a high end, fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to enjoy your meals inside and out. Take advantage of breakfast at the breakfast bar, a sit-down meal at the table for 8 in the dining room or enjoy meals outside on the patio with new RH outdoor table and chairs for 8. Talk to family and friends as you cook with the new All Clad pans in the open kitchen or enjoy company outdoors as you grill on the new gas grill. Afterwards, adjourn to the second patio with lounge furniture around the giant fire pit, uniquely designed for this space.

During the day, beachgoers have over a dozen beaches within 5 miles to choose from, and the water is still pretty warm into the fall! Have lunch at the beach, head home to shower off in the rainfall outdoor shower, and then hit up the quaint Main Street boutiques and restaurants a mile away for a little retail therapy. There are over 50 restaurants and 120 locally owned businesses with boutiques that sell everything from Cape jewelry to artisanal chocolates to local artists' works. Learn about local history at the JFK Hyannis Museum and the Cape Cod Maritime Museum, and dive deeper into the history of African Americans and Cape Verdeans in Cape history. Visit the HyArts Artist Shanties on Ocean Street as you make your way to the harbor to go whale watching, fishing, or take the ferry to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard. Board the Cape Cod Railroad for a narrated tour of the Cape or experience a sunset train ride with a 5-course meal.

Have to work remotely while you are here? No problem! Connect to the high-speed internet and blur your background as you feel the breeze on the patio table or lounge areas. If you need quiet, there's a desk one of the upstairs bedrooms and plenty of quiet with the doors shut.

Locals pride themselves on not needing air conditioning since there's always a breeze and it's not as hot as Boston, but you're on vacation! Seasonally there are window AC units and off-season, the heat in every room is cozy. Sleep deeply on the thick memory foam queen-sized mattresses in 3 bedrooms and pop the kids into the room with 2 full-sized bunk beds and a trundle.

Are you a reader? Feel free to borrow a book from our bookshelves for all ages or take one home from our little free library shelf. Take your books outside and listen to the birds as you lounge, or sun yourself as you read on the divan or window seat indoors.

We have board games and card games for the whole family...from Sleeping Queens to Twister to adults only Cards Against Humanity and Wine Wars. Outdoors, kids as well as kids at heart will enjoy the oversized glow in the dark Connect 4 Game, lawn bowling, croquet, and more.

We are a dog friendly house, and 1 well-behaved, crate-trained pooch is welcome. We regret not to be able to accommodate more than 1 dog.

Was a great location

We had a bit of trouble with the automatic lock but the property manager was quick to respond so it was not an issue. The house was amazing. Well stocked and clean. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would recommend.

Fantastic Cape Cod Home

From the moment we entered the home to a large gift basket waiting for us, complete with a toy for our dog, we knew we had chosen the right place! The house was immaculate, very cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The beds were very comfortable, the location was very convenient to anything you would want to do and communication with the owners and property manager was excellent. We couldn’t recommend this beautiful home more!

Amazing Home

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was just as described. The home decor was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. We in joyed the beautiful backyard and the fire pit. I would give you 10 stars if I could. The gift basket was a very thoughtful touch. Easy check in and the host is very easy to work with.

Hyannis Bungalow

This home is very comfortable and decorated nicely. The hosts were welcoming and left a basket with treats and a touching card. The biggest downfall was the location. It was situated on a busy street so it was loud. If you are wanting a peaceful getaway I wouldn’t stay here for this reason unfortunately. Also it needed a good dusting. There were several cobwebs. The patio was a nice compliment. A suggestion would be to cover the outdoor furniture when not in use. There was quite a bit of debris from the trees.

Gorgeous, updated and beautifully decorated home. The kitchen, dining and living room areas have plenty of space to gather, and the bedrooms are all very spacious for when you are ready to relax alone. The beds were so comfortable and have us contemplating getting new mattresses at home! The 3 showers make it a breeze to get everyone cleaned up quick after the beach - the outdoor shower was amazing and a hit with everyone in my family. Communication was great from beginning to end. The owner answered any questions we had right away and was very accommodating. The house has all the amenities you will need, they have thought of everything! The location was also perfect for us, just a 5 minute drive to the beach and downtown area. Usually after a week away we are ready to go home, but this time we didn’t want to leave! We are already talking about coming back next year.

Amazing Luxe home with comfort and style for the entire family!

Cora and Laurie were amazing hosts! We were the 2nd guests to have stayed in their home and they absolutely went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They provided everything our family and pup needed for a relaxing and fun week in comfort and style. We appreciated all the details - beach chairs, beach towels, all linens, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, and even left fresh cut flowers and wine as a welcome gift! We loved the Hyannis location, close to the cape cod mall, downtown Hyannis, and not a far drive once over the bridge on to the cape. We loved the proximity to Barnstable High School, as the teens rode their bikes to the athletic fields (on the sidewalk) right to the football field, basketball courts and open spaces to run and play. The fire pit and large fenced in yard were perfect for the kids and dog to relax and play and loved that we could all be outside for we grilling and dining when the weather allowed, and could all eat together at the big table inside when weather wasnt great. The outdoor shower was fantastic for rinsing off after the beach. The wifi, A/C, top of the line mattresses, gormet kitchen amenities, and luxe appliances were a real bonus in a cape rental and truly appreciated the luxe level on everything. We loved our week on the cape and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cora and Laurie's we will be back!!

Propriété agérable, sauf le problème avec l'odeur et la gérante.

Propriété décorée avec goût. On y trouve tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner, y compris un bbq en excellente condition. Facile et agréable de faire un feu à l'emplacement amménagé sur le terrain arrière. Notez: absence d'air conditionné dans la chambre bleue, à l'étage. Et, climatiseurs sont bruyants. La maison est très propre. Cependant, dés notre arrivée, nous avons constaté une très forte et désagréable odeur semblable à une toilette publique pour hommes, peu entretenue. Cette odeur était limitée au salon, cuisine et salle à manger et au final, semblait provenir d'un ou deux meubles du salon. Probablement du poisson répandu. Malgré la visite d'un plombier et malgré un nouveau nettoyage de ces pièces, l'odeur a persisté au point où nous avons dû quitter la maison deux jours avant la fin de la semaine réservée et payée. Bien que la gérante ait d'abord accepté, comme il se doit, de nous indemniser, elle a changé sa position quelques jours plus tard, a nié la présence de l'odeur, a refusé de nous indemniser et nous a accusé de scam!

Kerstin Qualls, the property manager, worked with Cora and Suriya as the decorator when they were renovating. She chose each piece of furniture with care and loved the results so much that she decided to manage the property! She loves the house the way Suriya and Cora do.
