Three room apartment, Queen bed, twin bed, pack n play available, quiet neighborhood, view of the Puget Sound and Cascade Mountains. This property is located on 2 1/2 acres. Kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, and three burner propane stove, carbon monoxide detector is located in the kitchen for safety. 3/4 bathroom with shower. Fire Extinguisher mounted on wall in Kitchen and one in the bedroom. No handicap access, must be able to climb stairs. 5 minutes from Clinton Ferry dock on Whidbey Island Wa. 3 minutes from a grocery store, 1 mile from Deerlake, 80 minutes to Deception Pass. Quiet neighborhood and you will see people walking, biking on this quiet country road. Lots of small towns, winery’s, breweries, parks, hiking trails and more to explore. You can walk to the ferry landing in 15 minutes. The beaches are rocky and sandy depending on the beach. If you’re a galaxy, planets, nebula gazer you might catch one of the owners setting up a telescope for Astro photography.

We live on south Whidbey island, I love to garden and I spend a lot of time outside. I teach water aerobics at Island Athletic Club. My husband is into Astro Photography and fishing. We have 6 adult children, 10 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren. In the summer when they visit they will set up tents in the backyard. They love the fire 🔥 pit, and making hotdogs and s’more’s. We have Croquet, badminton, and many parks and trails nearby.

Very quiet and beautiful setting, total privacy for you and your guests. The property owners are on the property and usually home to help you with anything you may need.
You have total control of your heat and water which is not shared with anyone else. This apartment is sanitized between each guest. Safety, two Fire extinguisher is your apartment and a carbon monoxide detector. We recycle and and hope you appreciate our efforts to reduce our impact on the environment.

What makes this property unique

If you are a biker and want a place to stay we are close to the ferry landing in Clinton. Great views, walking distance to the beach, lots of additional beaches within 10 miles, parks for kids, walking trails, unique shopping, wineries, breweries and Cadee Distillery. We collect brochures and have them for our guests to review if they didn’t have time to plan their activities ahead of time.
