Traditional Osterville Cape Cod home located on the second fairway of Wianno Country Club for nice breezes and quiet. Enjoy all the town of Osterville has to offer with a short walk to the village, town tennis/pickle courts, Crosby marina, and a quick bike ride or drive to Dowses Beach. Beach pass provided.
Spacious first floor with living room, sun room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. Four upstairs bedrooms, 3 with twin beds plus master with a king, and second full bath. Updated kitchen with new cabinetry, flooring, and counters. Central A/C for 4 bedrooms upstairs. Outdoor firepit. Plenty of parking at rear of house. Separate garage with ping pong, beach chairs and toys/games for your use. One week minimum stay please in season July/August.
