Older Spacious apartment but every effort to update and provide whatever you need. Family friendly with lots of amenities for children. Two full bathrooms. Hosts very quick to respond.

Band rehearsal in Oakland

My band members are in LA, and Cin, we rehears in Oakland and we have stayed at this fantastic apartment twice now and it was perfect. The owners take pride in their property and it shows. It’s a safe location with restaurants with in walking distance. Anytime we rehears in Oakland we will stay at this property.

The host was very responsive. The place was very clean and well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked with kitchen items. We appreciated the ground coffee that was provided. Neighborhood felt very safe and the area is walkable . A parking space is provided too which was helpful for our rental car. We enjoyed our stay.
