Welcome to Treasure Trove Black Pearl, a bright and comfortable waterfront condo on Boca Ciega Bay in Treasure Island.



Part of a private four-unit waterfront property, this third-floor retreat offers a generous floor plan, four bedrooms, Intracoastal Waterway views and a peaceful setting near the beach. The elevated structure is designed to offer added safety in coastal areas, including protection from potential flooding.



Open Living, Dining and Fully Equipped Kitchen

The open living area provides a comfortable space for the group to gather and enjoy the waterfront scenery.



The well-appointed kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and an island for preparing meals during your stay. The dining table seats eight guests and overlooks the water.



Each bedroom includes a TV, while a private washer and dryer add convenience throughout your stay.

Four bikes and two kayaks are provided for shared guest use. The Intracoastal Waterway is directly behind the condo, offering beautiful views and opportunities to spot dolphins and manatees.



Boat Dock Details and Parking Information

Dock access includes shore power and water. One dock space for a boat up to 50 feet is available for $199 plus taxes per week.

Dock water levels are typically around 8 feet but may change with tides

Boat trailers cannot be accommodated on the property

Assigned parking is available for two vehicles

Guest parking is limited, first-come, first-served and not guaranteed

Treasure Island Location Near Beaches and John’s Pass

Located on the barrier island of Treasure Island, the condo is within a short walk of local restaurants and close to white-sand Gulf beaches.



John’s Pass Village is approximately two miles away and offers shopping, restaurants, bars and waterfront experiences.
