Formal sitting room boasts direct patio access with French doors. The newly updated kitchen gives the perfect opportunity to take advantage of your farmer's market and wine-tasting finds. You will have to make the tough decisions between spending your time adventuring or choosing to cozy up in this perfect cottage. Chestnut Cottage is designed for hospitality and comfort as you enjoy the Central Coast and Paso Robles wine country!

City Permit STR21-0027. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.***Dual 240V Electric Vehicle (EV) Type 1 charger onsite for guests.***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog(s) during your stay, so we can charge accordingly. ***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***

Perfect stay in Paso Robles

Great location, enjoyed having coffee outside in the morning. Clean and everything you need. Only suggestion is to have kleenix in the room.

Loved every single thing about this place and have ready talked about coming back. Only two negatives - the sitting room doesnt heat and was so freezing we spent christmas having to sit on the bed to sit/eat/drink/watch xmas shows on tv. And company info board lights up the entire bedroom and even if i put it to sleep to darken, it automatically came blazing back on 7am. That was awful alarm wake up over a holiday vacation.

A nice cottage

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A nice cottage with a bedroom, bathroom a small sitting room and a kitchen. Since it is an older home, the insulation isn't so good, so it got pretty chilly at night (we were there in March). The Management company did respond very quickly for our request to have a space heater in addition to the forced air unit, which was fine for the bedroom but didn't heat the kitchen or sitting room. Overall it was a quiet, plesant stay.
