Overview

About the property

2 bedroom, 1 bathroom - Sweeping views and unique places to gather!

We hope that you will love our home as much as we have! It was built in 1943, which gives it charm and lots of character. The views from every window give Treetop Lodge that “wow” factor.

We named our home Treetop Lodge because to us the word “lodge” makes us think of a place that allows for everyone to gather together in a relaxed and comfortable manner.

The layout of the Lodge provides a good sense of flow and even if you come with a group there is lots of room to spread out for individual quiet time.

The large well-equipped kitchen is perfect for coming together. The patio and deck invite conversation and relaxation with a view complete with sprawling lounge chairs to spread out.

No matter where you are there is plenty of comfortable seating for all.

We are international teachers and our eclectic decorations reflect our stays in Taiwan, Cambodia, and China. We invite you to stay and relax at the Lodge!

You will feel very tucked in within the treetops, but when you want to get out the downtown is only a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute car ride. Downtown boasts wine tasting, an art studio, and a beautiful traditional downtown park complete with a Carnegie Library, which has become a Paso Robles museum. There is a Farmer’s Market in the park on Tuesday afternoons and Saturday mornings.

Wineries abound, so ask around to find out about locals’ favorites. From bike rides to beach trips, enjoy discovering all that Paso Robles has to offer.

PS- if you need more space consider renting our smaller one bedroom Treetop Cottage too!

About Casey & Caroline

We are international teachers who first spent 20 wonderful years in Paso Robles before moving overseas. We are currently living in Shanghai, China.

Paso Robles is an excellent place to call home and raise children.

Now Paso Robles is home to many award-winning wineries.

Why Casey & Caroline chose Central Coast

We love the West side of Paso Robles. The charming neighborhoods and the easy walk to the downtown make our home nestled on a cul de sac - up on a hill a 'find'.

We feel it is a treasure.

What makes this house unique

All you have to do is open up the front door and the views stop you short. The hard wood floors and coved ceilings add to the charm and the gardens wrap around the house tucking you in.

Charming Paso Getaway

  • 5 of 5

The Treetop Lodge was just what we were hoping for and expecting. Craig greeted us by the door and showed us around and gave us the keys. The house is so charming. The views are gorgeous and we loved sitting on the patio listening to the little waterfall. We loved the proximity of the house to the downtown area and the wineries. Can't wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our time here. Very serene and peaceful.

Loved the outdoor space, from the large deck out back with never ending views and the front patio where we BBQ'd every night. The fountains added to the serenity of this outdoor space. Charming place! We hope to stay here again.

Lovely home with a lovely view

  • 5 of 5

Even on a gloomy, rain soaked weekend, the views from Treetop Lodge are fantastic. Close to downtown Paso, easy to find, easy to park, and with everything you need. Kitchen was fully stocked and easy to use. Cozy, with lovely furnishings and comfortable, if a bit creaky, beds. Only one bath, which was never a huge issue, but don't take a long shower (though you may be tempted.) Highly recommended. Check in and check out were seamless.

Charming home with amazing views

  • 5 of 5

We couldn't have picked a nicer place. It's a lovely, older home that's obviously been well taken care of. Absolutely love the charm of it. Beautiful, spacious deck with the morning sun was perfect for coffee on a cool morning. I regret that it was getting dark so early and I couldn't spend more time out there. I can't say enough about the house....it was clean and well appointed. Awesome location in a lovely neighborhood in the heart of downtown. They haven't missed a thing! We'll be back.

Well appointed home very close to downtown Paso. Big deck and nice courtyard for indoor-outdoor living. 180 degree views. Posted photos accurate. We'd come back.

Wonderfully updated home, thoughtfully furnished, with spectacular views over Paso Robles.

  • 5 of 5

What a great place to stay while enjoying the Paso Robles area. Located on a quiet side street on the edge of town, the home overlooks Paso and the open hillsides far beyond to the east. The yard is amazing with a flagstone front patio, a covered patio to the side with a BBQ/fireplace and another outdoor space in back that is under a gazebo. Best of all is the attached deck that stretches across the back of the house. Plenty of comfortable chairs and small tables makes it a perfect place to relax after a hard day of wine tasting and enjoy the view.

The inside of the house is perfect. All of the charm of the 1940s remains while the kitchen, furnishings and lighting has been thoughtfully updated. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. The home was sparkling clean. Obviously we'll be back.
