About the property

2 bedroom, 1 bathroom - Sweeping views and unique places to gather!

We hope that you will love our home as much as we have! It was built in 1943, which gives it charm and lots of character. The views from every window give Treetop Lodge that “wow” factor.

We named our home Treetop Lodge because to us the word “lodge” makes us think of a place that allows for everyone to gather together in a relaxed and comfortable manner.

The layout of the Lodge provides a good sense of flow and even if you come with a group there is lots of room to spread out for individual quiet time.

The large well-equipped kitchen is perfect for coming together. The patio and deck invite conversation and relaxation with a view complete with sprawling lounge chairs to spread out.

No matter where you are there is plenty of comfortable seating for all.

We are international teachers and our eclectic decorations reflect our stays in Taiwan, Cambodia, and China. We invite you to stay and relax at the Lodge!

You will feel very tucked in within the treetops, but when you want to get out the downtown is only a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute car ride. Downtown boasts wine tasting, an art studio, and a beautiful traditional downtown park complete with a Carnegie Library, which has become a Paso Robles museum. There is a Farmer’s Market in the park on Tuesday afternoons and Saturday mornings.

Wineries abound, so ask around to find out about locals’ favorites. From bike rides to beach trips, enjoy discovering all that Paso Robles has to offer.

PS- if you need more space consider renting our smaller one bedroom Treetop Cottage too!

About Casey & Caroline

We are international teachers who first spent 20 wonderful years in Paso Robles before moving overseas. We are currently living in Shanghai, China.

Paso Robles is an excellent place to call home and raise children.

Now Paso Robles is home to many award-winning wineries.

Why Casey & Caroline chose Paso Robles

We love the West side of Paso Robles. The charming neighborhoods and the easy walk to the downtown make our home nestled on a cul de sac - up on a hill a 'find'.

We feel it is a treasure.

What makes this house unique

All you have to do is open up the front door and the views stop you short. The hard wood floors and coved ceilings add to the charm and the gardens wrap around the house tucking you in.

Couldn't have been a better Thanksgiving Break!

  • 5 of 5

Treetop Lodge is every bit as lovely, relaxing and well-equipped as it's billed to be. My family and I had a 5-star stay that included a 20-person, al fresco Thanksgiving feast. We can't wait to return for other holidays!!

Excellent home!

  • 5 of 5

This house was very comfortable and had all the right amenities. It is in a great location as had a fantastic view. The owners are very nice and helpful. Must say the beds and linens were super comfy. The only one downside would be the small shower but it had good water pressure. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this home.

Relaxed and restful abode!

  • 5 of 5

We spent a wonderful long weekend with our son and his girlfriend at the Treetop Lodge and also celebrating a friend's wedding. The property is spacious with a lot of light and very clean. Craig met us at the appointed time (actually we were a bit late, but he was very gracious) and showed us around the property; how to use the outdoor grill, etc.. He was very nice and then left and let us have our privacy for the weekend. The property has a great view and expansive outdoor deck as it is on the second floor of a house on top of a hill. Very convenient location, close to downtown and within 10-15 minutes of all Paso Robles and Templeton wineries. Everything you need is there in the way of cooking utensils, spices, towels, organic soap, etc., so just pack and come. We had zero problems or issues. Everything works! Would definitely return. Highly recommend.

Cozy with a GREAT view

  • 5 of 5

We had a FANTASTIC time staying at the Tree Top Lodge! It was perfect for our party of 2 couples. It allowed a lot of space to be together to converse and play games (the deck, patio, living room and tv room). We loved how cozy everything was when though we were there with 100+ degree weather, lol. It was super close to downtown but far enough away to feel like you are away from it. Easy access to all the wineries not matter if they were of 46W or 46E. Craig & Jeanne were dream hosts; very friendly and accommodating.
