Beautiful spacious house with lakefront dock, sleeps 9 on the 16 mile marker of the Niangua arm of LOZ, Great house for multigenerational family fun with large master suite. Your 2 dogs are welcome. Breakfast table serves 10, dining table for games or serving. Ample kitchen supplies and outdoor grill. Dock for fishing, swimming or kayaks to Ha Ha Tonka park, which is 1 mile by water and 2 miles by land. Big enclosed deck next to hot tub and firepit (free firewood). Two living areas with electric fireplace, internet and satellite TV. Trampoline, ping pong, fishing, games, puzzles and 2 kayaks available. Scenic peaceful area with abundant wildlife.
10 minutes to the Camdenton Square. Ha Ha Tonka State park is a mile by water or 2 miles by road, and includes a boating cove, hiking, castle and spring and is described as a geologic wonderland. Additional kayaks for rent at the park. Onyx Cave is about 3/4 mile by water. Near Ozark Ampitheater, Bridal Cave, National Fields, Super Splash USA Water Park, Old Kinderhook and Adrenaline Zipline. Osage Beach is 25 minutes by car.

Prompt communication from Jacquelyn. House was much roomier than we expected. Plenty of space for three adult couples to spread out. Fantastic kitchen for making family meals. Loved having the hot tub overlooking the lake. Having a gated deck the length of the house was key to having the dogs out with us to enjoy the view and sunsets. Great proximity to hiking. Fabulous introduction to the Ozarks.

This home on the Lake of the Ozarks was beautiful and in a great location near Ha Ha Tonka State Park. Our multiple family group never lacked for things to do. Fishing, kayaking, hiking and exploring the area made this a memorable vacation.

Softball Tournament Stay

We came to the area for a softball tournament for our daughter and this house worked out great. Our five kids really enjoyed fishing from the dock and we used the kayaks a lot. The property is peaceful and private but an easy drive to town for restaurants and groceries. The host was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We would stay here again if we come back to the area!

We enjoyed our stay. The kayaks were great. The kids and the dog loved the Lilly pad. Had everything we need as far as lifejackets it was great. Kids lived the ping pong table. Host was very responsive.

Great weekend

We needed a weekend away with peace and quiet but also enough to do to keep 5 boys 15 and under occupied. This house was everything we needed! Plenty of beds and space, games, ping pong, stuff to do on the dock and a quiet part of the lake with not too much traffic! It was also stocked with most of the necessities! Great weekend!

Great home, right on the lake!

This house was perfrct for our friends getaway! We watched a concert at the Ozark Amphitheater, which was a little less than 20 mins away. Then we spent the entire next day swimming and lounging in the lake and the hot tub. There was plenty of space for all of us. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! There were so many amenities that everyone was happy! Some enjoyed playing basketball while others relaxed in the hot tub and others kayaked on the lake. The kitchen is fully stocked so we were able to cook or grill out. The location is so peaceful and the lake is gorgeous. I cannot recommend this property enough. The host is also so accommodating and worked with us on a later departure after we fell in love with the property. When we return to the Ozarks, we will definitely stay here!

Ha Ha Tonka Get-away

The house was clean and in a great location. The views were really stunning. The house is a 2 minute drive from HaHa Tonka State Park. a Missouri hidden gym. Our group of 5 adults and one child had had plenty of room and could spread out. We hope to go back.

Beautiful secluded home!

Beautiful location! Home is probably the most well stocked vacation rental we've stayed in-tons of towels, extra blankets, supplies, activities...our kids enjoyed ping pong, the dart board, the trampoline, fire pit, and the hot tub. We did several hikes nearby and saw wildlife right on the property. Master bedroom is huge and home is bigger than the pictures show. Only note for prospective travelers would be that the stairs to the second floor are older style, so quite steep. Might be difficult for older people, but there is also a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed here as a family. The home is large plenty of room and dog friendly. We put in our boat easily at launch 4 as indicated in welcome binder. Short boat ride to the dock. Lots of stairs to get from the house to the dock. Lovely wooded lot. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. Long driveway easy parking for our boat trailer. Seemed to be a quieter side of the lake. Short drive into town but secluded enough. Took a boat ride to Bridal Cave for the tour. Docks right on the lake. Ruins at HaHaTonka were neat. Owner was very communicative.

Great Place for a Family Get-Together

This large home was well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed our family time that we don’t get nearly enough. The puzzles & games kept all involved while relaxing before bed. The kayaks, float pad, and hot tub were a big hit with ALL of us. We got a lot of use out of them. We used the rough launch right down the way from the house and it worked out perfectly for launching our kayaks. We took a family paddle over to Onyx Cave and explored other areas. We were able to enjoy a campfire and the kids loved the trampoline & ping pong. The beautiful secluded property was quiet and relaxing. This home had a bit of pet hair on the rugs & furniture, but being a pet-friendly home that is to be expected. We appreciated that the property host was quick to respond to our messages before, during, and after our stay. Thank you for a memorable family vacation, we enjoyed our stay!

This is our family lake house that we are pleased to share with you. We bought it when we married in 2015 from an auction and fixed it up. We have many wonderful family memories from this past decade here. We love the oak tree private lakefront. Enjoy the dock and watch various watercraft from our deck.

What makes this property unique

The lakefront is unique in that it is a controlled water level by Ameren UE with a dock with kayaks, trampoline swim pad and fish jumping high this fall 2024. Hot tub, ping pong, 2 separate living areas for extended family fun. Well equipped kitchen and grill with 2 large tables for serving and games. Wonderful Lake of the Ozarks, yet away from the crowds. So many choices: Bridal Cave, Old Kinderhook, golfing, National Fields, Bagnell Dam, waterfront restaurants, Ha Ha Tonka park, spring, castle and multiple trails. Beautiful all year round.
