My name is Shea and I am native to the area. The farmland the tiny house sits upon used to be a tobacco farm. You can still see the barn used as you pass it on the way into the property. I am married with two boys, one of who serves in the US Army. We look forward to helping you make this your best vacation stay ever.

Why they chose this property

The views and the pictures do not do the views justice. It's the best of both views, mountains and Douglas lake. So close and convenient to get to several local towns, including Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Dandridge, and Newport Tennessee. But did I mention the views?

What makes this property unique

You are in a country setting, with peace and quiet away from the city. Actually, hear nature at nighttime and see the brightest stars in the country skies. You may also have friendly dogs stroll through to say hello.

And at any time jump in the vehicle and go somewhere fun in a matter of no time.
