Charming 6BR Villa by Disney w/ Pool/Comfy Spaces

Summary:
We'd love to host you at my 6 bedrooms Villa in the Stunning Solterra Resort! The place is located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando's attraction destinations. We will make sure you enjoy the house as much as we do, from our private pool to "The Grand Clubhouse".

NOTE: Please only reserve if you are travelling for vacation, visiting family, or a mature adult. Not ideal for young groups looking to party.

The Space:
Welcome to our wonderful home in the heart of Solterra

We've done our best to make our Villa a comfortable and also fun place to stay during your vacation in Orlando. Our home is in excellent location close to Disneyworld, ESPN World Wide of Sports, Premier Outlet Mall, Universal Studios, Sea World, and everything else Orlando has to offer.

The great room was designed to enjoy a great family time. We have a sofa and also an ottoman for lying down or as an extra seat. It is a smart TV you will have more apps available to sign in.

The open concept kitchen, great room and living room design is a great way for everyone to hang out together. It becomes a comfy space with plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has all the necessary equipment and tools you need to prepare any type of meal for you and the family.

Relax with a refreshing dip in the pool and spa and enjoy everything this unique home, upscale community amenities and Central Florida has to offer. For pool and spa heat, they can be added to your reservation at a nightly rate with a minimum of 3 consecutive days. Please contact us at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Solterra is a gated community with fantastic resort amenities, featuring a clubhouse, resort pool with water slide, cabanas, resort pool, fitness room, tennis and volleyball courts, children’s playground and recreational area. kids will love the lazy river, whilst parents can relax in the hot tub and enjoy frozen cocktails from the poolside cafe.

Located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions. Solterra resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away.

Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee

For Short-Term Renters (meaning, “any tenant residing in a Resident’s home pursuant to a valid rental or lease agreement with a rental or lease term of less than one (1) year”) who wish to utilize the Amenities only for the duration of their valid rental or lease agreement, the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee will be charged at the clubhouse front desk when guests check in.

The primary person will need to provide:
• Their reservation information which shows:
• The rental property address.
• Check in and check out date.
• Number of guests.
• Identification that matches the reservation name.
• License plate information for the primary vehicle.

The guest will then pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee. The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation. They will be issued a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry, they will also be issued the 4-digit code for the month that will allow access to the gym. Guests will need to have this card in their possession on the pool deck as well for staff to verify if asked. After hours check-ins will go to the guard gate. The guard gate will issue car passes and guests will need to visit the clubhouse once reopened to pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee to gain access to the pool the next day.

Other Things to Note:
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
