The unit is very accessible to SeaBridge Estates, shopping, restaurants and bars, stores, and the Channel Islands marina. It is great for guests who would love to go do water activities. It is freshly designed and furnished and has a relaxing beach vibe to it - great for a getaway with loved ones and family. Scroll through the photos and see the virtual tour to appreciate! :)

You can go fishing or visit the beautiful and secluded Channel Islands. There are day trips to Santa Barbara and Malibu wine country available. The place is within an hours drive to about 200 wineries.
