Enjoy an amazing view experience (including stunning sunsets, sunrises, city lights, San Francisco peaks, Mingus Mountain & a slither of Watson Lake when full) from the many windows. Our Boho modern decor & well-lit studio is 3.1 miles from Prescott's d/town. We are located in the hills dotted w/ custom homes. We provide a comfortable, well-equipped stay w/ everything you need in the open floor plan. Enjoy a good night sleep w/ the help of Black-out curtains, a comfy King bed, feather duvet, Air Conditioning & quiet neighbors.

Looking for VIEWS? Welcome to our well-lit modern open plan studio, where you have all the amenities in the comfortable well-designed space. Our place is all on one level with no step access to the front double French doors, and the patio. We have a kitchenette with bar sink, stainless air fryer/convection oven, toaster, microwave, 2 burner electric stove, fridge/freezer, hot water kettle, and 3 coffee making options for our coffee connoisseurs. BBQ on balcony for cooking. There’s a cute rustic indoor dining table for two. Relax indoors while still enjoying the outdoors as the space has many windows letting in the light and amazing views. Cozy up to the gas fireplace on the chilly days and evenings. The comfortable king bed with feather comforter is positioned for you to enjoy the fire and the sunsets. If you're fortunate to be an early riser you will love the morning sky. The studio is positioned to enjoy both sunsets and sunrises. Behind the barn door is the step free European shower room with rain shower, Bluetooth speaker, toilet, and grab bar. Adjacent to the shower is a separate vanity and sink. Step out to your patio to BBQ or relax on the lounger. There is an outdoor dining table on the property for you to use if you feel like eating outside. It's not in your designated area though. Come enjoy and have fun in Prescott.
***We only allow for 2 adult guests.
***We allow for 2 domestic pets. We charge a $40 per night per animal fee. Please let us know ahead of time if you're going to be bringing any pets. Please note that our property in not fenced.

Host very friendly, Outstanding Views, Beautifully Decorated Casita, Exceptionally Comfortable Bed, Good location.Had a little problem getting the heating stove to work - but did get it going and it heated wonderfully (in truth it may have been our fault understanding the directions in the hospitality book).I would have liked to rate our stay 4.5 stars since the WiFi/Internet seemed very weak (at least when we were there). I did better on my iPad by switching over to my iPhone hotspot as the WiFi and Internet kept going off. Because of the Internet issue the TV worked sometime, but not most of the time (Fortunately I am not an avid football fan). Maybe it was an issue with the area internet provider? All in all, we had a good time and can recommend this property. The hosts were very nice, responding to our concerns even while abroad! Very fine property!

Guide book needs to be updated to include local restaurants. We never did figure out how to turn ceiling lights on.WiFi was difficult to get connection. Casita was cute and lovely decorated

Our stay at this wonderful studio get-away was nestled amongst beautiful landscape. It is very nicely appointed and comfortable and the deck with BBQ is an added bonus. We cannot say enough about this property. We had an absolutely enjoyable and relaxing stay.

The only problem was the bathroom.. toilet was in the shower.. that wasn’t a big deal, but the shower only had a rainfall head with not good pressure.. the only other issue was parking.

Eagles Nest is Right!

My wife and I had a great time at the Eagles Nest…and it really lives up to its name with a view all the way to Humphrey’s Peak in Flagstaff. Gillian and Kelly were wonderful, stopping in to say hi when we got there and checking to make sure we had what we needed. We especially enjoyed our morning coffe on the front patio. We would definitely stay again!

A Little Slice of Heaven

What an awesome little casita! The decor is super cute, and the views are absolutely beautiful. I got to meet both owners and they were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. It’s also tough to find truly dog-friendly places, but this one nailed it. Highly recommend—and I’d definitely stay here again!

Perfect Getaway

Cozy little Casita, has everything you would need for amenities. Excellent views. Close to everything we were doing. From hiking and kayaking to eating out. Sometimes just a walk.

Overall good but challenging

Upon our arrival there was a vehicle taking up the whole driveway for another unit being rented. The listing didn't state this was a "first come first serve" parking space and having to park on a steep hill was not ideal. We had to unload and weave our way around the car to get to our rental space. Spoke with the owner and was told it was in the check in instructions which should have been shared up front. The car didn't move for 1 1/2 days as the tenant was with family in their vehicle. We suggest the owner make their policy the driveway is for loading and unloading only then park vehicle on the street (hill) to accommodate "all tenants". Thankfully the car didn't move because it's headlights were directly into the front windows of our unit with no blackout curtains, just sheers. So it would have been very uncomfortable to not have privacy and bright lights beaming through our windows. The property was well appointed with many appliances, seating and really clean. Including dog bowls and sheets for the couch if someone has a dog to lay upon. We loved this thought. The vanity/sink area was very tight with little room to put personal items and no table close by to use either. The toilet in the shower area although showing in the photos needs some improvement with a curtain between the shower and toilet so that area doesn't get wet when you shower. Also the barn door doesn't have a handle so was burdensome to open and close. We do recognize and appreciate the hosts effort.
