A third queen bedroom in the finished basement also has a sleeper sofa in the living room, a foosball table and lots of extra space for the family to stretch out, play and create memories. A spacious open kitchen welcomes the family to cook, dine in or sit out on the back covered patio and enjoy the beautiful evenings.

The best of both worlds, cross over the road and down the slate steps through the wildflower garden to find your private lake oasis with a large deck, gliders and sun loungers to enjoy the best of Seneca Lake. Swim, fish or kayak (single and double for your use) off the dock or just sit and watch the eagles and osprey play.

This home is just minutes from downtown Geneva, with Hobart and William Smith Colleges, and within 3 miles of several wineries and breweries in both directions as well as some great places to eat. Guest access
The entire home is accessible for your use along with the dock, deck, 2 kayaks - a double and a single. An electronic lock allows for easy contactless access.

Lake access is down a large staircase. Please use caution.
