Magnolia Hill Home on Sawtooth Oaks Farm

Sawtooth Oaks Farm is nestled on 150 acres of pastures and woods. This listing is for a recently renovated private home on Magnolia Hill. The home has three bedrooms with a queen sized bed, two full sized beds and a full sized sofa bed in the sunroom. It includes a living room, two full baths, dining area, full kitchen and laundry room. Outside is a deck area with a table and chairs off of the sunroom and a front porch made for rest & relaxation while watching the cows graze.

We allow small events of 25 people max, we do charge a fee for the extra guests over the ones staying nights. Please message me if you are interested and I will fill you in! Our sunroom, living room, deck and yard are perfect for wedding or baby showers & small birthday parties!

Wonderfully wheelchair accessible

We have an adult in a wheelchair. We just had to slightly lift the front wheels to enter the 2 entry doors. The living area layout is very open, and hallway to the bedrooms is probably 4 ft wide, so able to head straight through the standard sized doors. The master bedroom has vinyl flooring, adding to ease of maneuvering.

Nice Stay

The property was extremely clean and spacious. The host was easy to reach and prompt to respond to any messages. The location is about an hour away from Helen, which was a plus for us. The only downside was the internet not being efficient. It was difficult to search for addresses & for those that work from home. This is the reason why I gave a 4 for an overall rating. Other than this, nice, big place.

Thanks for the comments. As I made Shainelis aware of before her check in, my only available internet is through Nomad which uses cell towers and AT&T cut off the service without warning to Nomad the day before her arrival. I am not able to control AT&T, sadly! I gave Shainelis our Verizon Jet Pack which I use for work & streaming TV when our Nomad service goes out for some reason. I felt this was an excellent replacement for something I had no control over. I ordered a new router & Verizon sim card from Nomad and hope to have it this week or next!
