Recently renovated, this house has everything you need, including a cedar hot tub, foosball table, bikes for everyone in your party (with surf racks), surfboards and boogie boards. Take advantage of the outdoor dining area and the grill in the backyard! Just blocks from coffee shops, bars and restaurants on 41st Avenue to west, or Capitola to your east. Hands down one of the best locations in all of Santa Cruz.

The perfect place to stay! So cozy and relaxing and is in a great location. The house has everything you could need--towels, bikes, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, grill, great outdoor space. The dining room, outdoor dining, and living room were great for a big family! We loved walking to watch the surfers each morning and using the bikes to get around town.

Great place in Santa Cruz

This location was great for shopping and the beach. We also appreciated the beach gear that was available for use. The wood hot tub was delightful! We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice house!

Stayed a few days and explored Santa Cruz. The house was spotless and well appointed. Bikes and hot tub were amazing. Location is super convenient - highly recommend!

Top Notch, Would Stay Again!

The location of this house is perfect with easy access to so many great places. The house itself was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The host was easy to talk to and quick to respond. The hot tub was extra special and smelled so good (cedar?)! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks for offering such a wonderful place for people to stay!

Incredible spot. Surfers delight

One of the most awesome spots to stay in Santa Cruz if you like surfing. We had a blast and everything was super close by. House felt brand new we loved everything about it. Friendly neighborhood and privates beach is across the street walk. Thanks Eric! Great host

Beautiful and conveniently located

We had a great visit over a weekend with family, including our kids and little nephews. We enjoyed the kitchen and indoor space, which was spacious, organized and well stocked. The kids liked the outdoor fooseball and games. We were close enough to walk to downtown Capitola and a nearby beach. Overall, it was a perfect space and perfect stay. We'd love to visit again- thank you!

Great beach house

We had a great time at this house, my only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. The house was well equipped, very clean, and the backyard was fantastic. The beds are comfortable. The hosts are extremely thoughtful and probably the best I have encountered. Thanks!

Everything You Need, Perfect Location

Unlike other properties, this property has everything you need, and it is the perfect location. If you forgot to bring something from home, don't worry, the host has provided it, and made it available to you! From this property you can walk or bike (with bikes provided!) to Capitola beach, Privates beach, or along Pleasure Point or to the shops/cafes/restaurants. We had a great time in our short visit.

Everything You Need for A Great Beach Get Away!

This was a great house in prime Santa Cruz. We had a great stay! The house was clean, quiet, awesome backyard with a grill, deck and hot tub! The hosts provided bikes which is an extra perk! Note, it’s centrally located so easy to walk to many places. The hosts were extremely communicative and accommodating. Everything you need for a relaxing beach get away! I would definitely stay at this house again. Thanks for everything!

Comfortable, well-equipped home in convenient location

This home is lovely. It is comfortable and extremely well-equipped throughout. We loved the outside space and spent time out there reading and appreciating the unseasonably hot weather. The house is also conveniently located for viewing (or doing?) surfing, walking on the many beautiful beaches up and down the coast, or strolling along to 41st Ave for brunch, coffee or browsing the interesting stores along the avenue. Parking is easy, but reversing out of the drive needs a bit of caution as the street can be busy with vehicles and bikes. Overall, this property comes highly recommended.

Peaceful Santa Cruz Retreat

Charming home stocked with everything you could want to enjoy all Santa Cruz has to offer! The hosts were so responsive hosts all my questions and comments both during and after stay! The hot tub was a hit with the kids! My sons and I enjoyed a peaceful and memorable Thanksgiving at this charming property.
